Call first to make sure they are open. I needed a box on a Saturday and drove cross town to get the box. Showed up about 2:30 and they were closed? I was pissed because I made a special trip. As I was leaving, the owner pulled up and asked if he could help me. Make a long story short I got what I needed. He told me that he sometimes closes early if there is no business which I totally understand. Next time I will know to call before I make a special trip over there. If you go to that giant box of despair known as Walmart (on Talbert) for shipping supplies, you are a fool. Go across the street to this place. Especially if you need boxes. He has every size of box known to man. But not as big as the despair box across the street, where some guy with a clover neck tattoo asked me if I could return some stuff for him because he lost his ID. Ken helped me out and he was really sweet :) I love Mom and Pop stores and if I can give them my money I'll for sure do it! I am moving to the state of Maine and for the most part my brother and his wife Uhaled majority of my items for me, but I still have clothing and small items that still need shipping. I bought a huge box: 48x24x24 that was $25. That box can hold up to 145LBS and the shipping cost alllll the way to Maine will end up being $268. That's a heck of a lot cheaper than UPS!
