My child began services with this…read moretherapist the first sessions I stayed in the room the whole time (everything was fine) then One day in the middle of the session I stepped out to go to the bathroom and when I came back to the room this therapist is on the phone paying a bill. I was upset but I never said anything I figured I'll just let this slide and hope it doesn't happen again. Well Another time I took him inside and I stayed outside because I had an important phone call I needed to make well I'm outside in my car and I hear my son scream so I immediately go to the door and the door is locked so I start banging on the door. Until I'm outside for a few minutes banging on the door she then opens the door and says " Im so sorry I left your son here in the room while I went to go talk to the other therapist." After this, it was the last time I took my child. I am paying her for my hour to help my child with speech she obviously doesn't care and doesn't take her job seriously.

My son had evaluation for speech therapy in which when I started services with let's talk they told me that they would have morning available appointments after we did the evaluation we would be able to get started. Nothing was mentioned about months and months long waiting list. After my son had his evaluation no follow up was done at all with me. I had to call back multiple times myself and inquire about what was going on in which I was told his report was being completed and after that they would call me no call ever came. I had to keep calling them back five weeks after his evaluation they finally told me that he is on a waiting list for 3 to 6 months and I don't even think they would've ever told me that if I didn't call myself. Again I have no issues with the office. I really enjoyed the therapist and I wish that my son could start services there but 3 to 6 months is just a really long time when looking for early intervention.

He briefly tried BLW at 6 months and then had a full aversion to food to where he wouldn't eat for the next 6 months. Working with Amy she taught me new tricks to create a positive eating experience, find solutions for the way he was incorrectly chewing and swallowing and she had incredible patience to attempt multiple strategies with my son.
