Office is nice and clean. The staff at the front desk is amazing and are prompt about getting back at you and guiding you with what you need. Justin is at the speech office up stairs and when we walk in he's always very polite, friendly and helpful.

My son had evaluation for speech therapy in which when I started services with let's talk they told me that they would have morning available appointments after we did the evaluation we would be able to get started. Nothing was mentioned about months and months long waiting list. After my son had his evaluation no follow up was done at all with me. I had to call back multiple times myself and inquire about what was going on in which I was told his report was being completed and after that they would call me no call ever came. I had to keep calling them back five weeks after his evaluation they finally told me that he is on a waiting list for 3 to 6 months and I don't even think they would've ever told me that if I didn't call myself. Again I have no issues with the office. I really enjoyed the therapist and I wish that my son could start services there but 3 to 6 months is just a really long time when looking for early intervention.

Our 18 month old son was referred to Ensemble Therapy for both physical therapy and speech therapy…read moreand we were left in the dark for months due to their total lack of communication and follow-through. We never received a single call about either referral. Not one. We assumed the referrals had been denied--only to later find out that Ensemble had, in fact, received them and just... did nothing. Six months passed with no action on their end. No chart was created. No communication. Nothing. When I finally got through to someone and asked why we'd never been contacted, the rep literally said, "We apologize for never having called, but we're here now." That was their explanation. After we took initiative ourselves, completed their intake forms and HIPAA paperwork, and were told our son would be a scheduling priority, we were strung along for two more weeks without a single returned call or email. I followed up again--and again. Still nothing. Eventually, I had to file a formal grievance with our insurance provider. Only then did they suddenly call my husband (not me, the primary contact) to set up a Zoom intake just to see if our son might qualify for services. That was their version of intake--no in-person evaluation, no therapist assessment. By that point, we had already found another provider who actually provides care, so I canceled the Zoom appointment. Instead of acknowledging their failure, Ensemble emailed back (to the same address they had ignored for weeks) and gaslit me, claiming they'd "tried to help" but I canceled. No acknowledgment of the months of neglect or unresponsiveness. What's worse is that this seems to be a pattern. I've since spoken to multiple professionals who confirmed it is not standard practice to evaluate toddlers for PT or OT through Zoom. In fact, many insurers won't even recognize that as a valid intake. And if you check Google, you'll see other parents have had similar experiences. Since I filed my grievance, they have solicited a bunch of new positive reviews. They've also wiped or restarted their Yelp listings to erase poor reviews--so be aware that what you see now may not reflect their full history. We never even got far enough to evaluate the therapists themselves because the administrative gatekeeping was that bad. And honestly, even if their therapists are competent, the front desk and intake system are such a disorganized, unprofessional, dishonest mess that it completely erases any potential benefit. If you are a parent trying to get your child the support they need, please don't waste your time here. It was not only a complete failure of care, but an emotionally exhausting experience that delayed essential services for our son - especially at an age where every week is monumental for brain development.
