How would you feel if this was your mother or wife? This conformation clearly states a town car will be picking her up and your company sent a party bus. There was no communication of any other vehicle changes. The driver saw she was clearly has trouble getting around due to her age and recent surgery yet he still pushed that she gets in this high giant bus and her had to help her physically to do so. Then insisted she stepped on this child booster seat to get out which he didn't even hold in place so it slipped out from under her so fell out of this party bus into traffic at the airport. She was completely on the ground! There was no help called to tend to her in anyway. A passing bystander stopped to help her off the ground. She was completely flustered and upset.
