He scanned our ticket and we boarded. The bus was pretty full, so we ended up sitting separately. The above head storage bins are kind of tight, so I had to take something out of my over stuffed backpack to manage to wiggle it in. While my purse sat on my lap. I liked the foot rest and the hook on the handle on the seat in front of me. Trash bags were hung here and there. Looks like they also provided small bottles of water for us, though we had to grab those ourselves. The electric plugs didn't seem to work, but perhaps the ubs plugs in the ceiling did. Our driver was a great communicator. He set expectations so we knew that we had a 20 min rest stop before arriving at Baltimore, and pointed out things to help us to pay attention and to get back to the right bus. He warned us that given current construction that we were sure to arrive later than what our tickets said, and gave us his best eta given the circumstances. Another passenger later commented that the bus bathroom was clean. We kind of ended up being dropped off on a brightly painted bridge in the middle of no where - perhaps on Maryland Ave?, by a bus stop. A short walk from Penn Station.

When we contacted customer service, we were told the bus had already left at 7:47 PM, which is simply not consistent with what we experienced. Instead of investigating the situation or showing any empathy, customer service insisted the bus had departed and refused to offer a refund or any meaningful resolution. It's extremely frustrating to be told we missed a bus that never appeared while we were waiting at the designated pickup location. Reliable service and responsive customer support are essential for travelers. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this service and hope the company improves both its bus tracking and customer service processes.

I have used this company now two times - the first experience was a positive one. The second time, I had a sprinter van booked for 12 people to take to PNC Bank Arts Center in NJ for a concert. I booked it for a 4:15 pickup 6 months in advance. I get a call at 3 oclock saying the driver is going to be late, but not told how late. They finally let me know that it will be around 4:45, which is 30 minutes after we were supposed to leave in a time sensitive situation. I calmly asked to speak with the owner to see if there is anything he can do to help with the situation. Boy, that was a mistake. Oscar was unapologetic, combative and rude. He didn't apologize once and kept saying "traffic happens, what can I do" "it's out of my control". You run a car company - traffic should be something that comes into consideration on a daily basis. If someone is in a situation like this, maybe have a backup plan or have another driver on staff to come get us much closer to the time. He also refused to give me a discount on the almost $1000 ride. Not even $50. That is not how you treat a customer at the end of the day. ON TOP OF THIS - As 4:45 comes around, then 4:50 - I called the office probably 10 times to ask where the driver was and no one answered! The van finally showed up at 5 PM, 45 minutes after we were supposed to leave. The only reason this is 2 stars is bc the driver himself was great. KJ did everything he could to get us down there and make up the time that we were late. Very pleasant and also on the way home, showed up 20 minutes earlier than our departure time to be extra sure we were on time. Overall, I won't be booking with this company again. Being 45 minutes late and being pretty much unapologetic is bananas behavior from any company, let alone a company that is in charge of transportation.
