I even received a call at 8:30 at night to schedule the next morning very unprofessional. My father had an appt with PT for Tuesday he called today letting me know if I had not answered he would have shown up at my door today Monday because he thought the appt was Monday. communication with the team as far as visits go is horrible. I called Client manager Gizelle she answered the phone and said she would call me still waiting. I have dealt with numerous home health care services and I will avoid this one for my father at all cost once his time is up with them.
