We have never had an issue with this company. Some people are so picky they will complain about any little thing it is sickening. The staff do as much and as best as possible. People can be hard to deal when they become seniors or are sick and just don't want to be bothered anyway ,so they are grumpy and never happy.So give the staff a brake. I'm sure some of these stories are exaggerated cause the people are just mad and miserable themselves that they have to go through this stage in life with the parents.
