Example...once I got used to where my bills were coming from, I opted in to online stmts because I didn't think I needed paper copies any longer. Then I had an issue and I needed a paper copy. I couldn't access one and had to get out of the online program to get one. Another example...their rewards program is so complicated I gave up on it and switched to a different card that offers better and more easily accessible rewards. For goodness sake, if they're going to offer a rewards program, why do they only allow redemption in $25 increments? It's an "ok" bank. Most certainly not my favorite financial provider.

The complaint line is a freaking joke. Everything you read says call with your complaints and we will try and resolve the problem or help find a solution. The three people I have talked with couldn't direct you on how to get out of an empty paper sack. They kept defecting everything back to the local Jackson Hewitt and when I would talk to the local people they blamed everything on corporate. The manager at the Parkway East and John Hawkins Parkway location is rude and needs to be fired. She said she doesn't even use Jackson Hewitt to do her taxes. Her husband does them. That's like working at a hospital and not using it when something happens. Even if you don't you don't tell someone that. I mean she lied so many times any way she could have told one more lie. They couldn't tell how much it would be before we started. I thought I had to pay for the services. I wasn't going to jail for not paying for a service complete. I have learned my lesson if I don't like a service from now on I will refuse to pay for it. All she would say is to bad you signed saying you agreed to the services and the amount. Then continued to say if you have ever had your income tax filled out before you should know you don't have to pay for the services and you could have asked for your info and left. She is nothing but a bully and the way I deal with bullies is to call them out and whoever allows them to be a bully. She also said that I was so mad because when I got out and thought about it I felt dumb over spending that money.
