After my treatment, I waited to receive updated stretches/exercises, but they were never updated in the app. I had to call more than once to follow up, and despite being told the stretches would also be emailed to me, I never received anything. I originally contacted them in March to schedule an appointment. I was told they were unable to schedule me at that time and that they would call me back. After waiting over a month with no follow-up, I finally called them myself only to be told that my referral had expired. Overall, the communication and follow-through were very disappointing.

She is so great with our daughter, always lets me ask a ton of questions and is constantly helping to educate me, keeps things so fun for our daughter and is as sweet as can be. Our daughter's speech has grown tremendously since the time we started last summer. Adriana is just as amazing. We are usually given activities to work on at home and are kept in the loop on her progress. I bring my 5 year old while we wait. The waiting room has magazines, and a few chairs, as well as a few chairs right outside with a kid's table, so we have plenty of space to keep busy. The work they did and the tools they gave us really helped my son which leads me to why I'm giving it two stars instead of five.... Scheduling is terrible. They have a strict absence / makeup policy (85%) which I totally get. However, they don't hold up their end of the bargain. I had an emergency c-section and was back to speech 2 weeks later because we were told that if we missed more we could lose our sessions. Then despite attending we ended up losing our spot anyways because they no longer had a provider to fill it. Then months later, we were finally placed with another therapist only to be told that she would no longer be working with MeBe and they don't have another provider to take over after only 4 sessions. When I reached out to scheduling asking if they had any potential spots, they were not helpful at all. They like to offer telehealth as an option but that just does not fit well for my active two year-old (we even gave it a try, just in case.) They had asked if I could give them more availability and when I did I received zero reply. At this point, I am really tired of the lack of consistency and poor communication on MeBe's end. The speech therapists are lovely, but now unfortunately I would not recommend MeBe.
