My son is always rummaging through her bag to see the type of toys she brings to session and he is always pleasantly surprised with what she brings out. Lately we have been having session out in our front courtyard so that we can have some fresh air and sun. Miss Julia always gets his body moving and exploring. His motor skills are improving tremendously and after todays session he had a nice nap after the active movement. Miss Julia always has a positive attitude coming into session and engages in a friendly manner with my 2 year old son. I'm so thankful for the San Diego Regional Center for funding these services for my developing son. I always look forward to our weekly sessions and once he ages out of Miss Julia's care we will miss her. Thanks Eat Play Love for all the love and care you show my son! We are beyond thankful for you and we recommend you to anyone looking for OT for their little one.

We've been going to Oceanside Therapy Group (OTG) since February 2011(when my son was 6 months old)…read moretill present. We started with just our older daughter receiving speech therapy, then both my oldest daughter and son (we have have a 7 month old too now). My son started speech at exactly a year old due to him not talking. About 6 months after that both children started receiving occupational therapy. Both my kids have seen by Shari, Tony, Meg, Courtney, Mehgan, Mara, Erin, Sara and a few others when were filling in for someone else's cancelled appointment. I did learn (quickly by Shari when we first started) that if you don't keep going consistently its NOT going to help your child. You will also be charged $50 (or at least thats what it was at the time I paid for missing 2 sessions in a row ). If you or your child isn't happy with their current OTG therapist then tell Armida or the front desk and they will try to work your child in with another therapist that may be a better fit. OTG has grown so much in the years we've been going. When we started it was a waiting room with 2 - 2 seater love seats and a 3 seater couch, a receptionist (who wrote everything in pencil in individual scheduling books) and just a few speech therapists. Now they have almost the whole downstairs of the building and moved to electronic scheduling and 4 receptionists. We've had a few scheduling mix ups and problems but thats only been because I didn't pay attention to my calendar or listen to what I was told and when my kids appointments were. We moved in April 2012 down to Rancho Bernardo and made the drive (in morning rush hour traffic) 3 times a week. After 7 months we switched offices to something closer to us in RB (let's call that place # 2) and 3 months after switching to place #2 we switched back to OTG. The staff at place # 2 was not conducive for my kids and after a few therapists it just wasn't working for us. The only downfall was loosing our spots with Shari and Tony (the most sought after therapists) but we wanted them back and were put on a 'wait list' so to speak to be back on their schedules when a spot opened up that worked for both them and us. OTG also has an annual FREE family day with burgers, hot dogs, jump houses, relay games, face paint, balloons and just plain old outdoor fun for kids. They also participate in the ACT! for Military Families Autism 5k/10k every year too - my kids love going to both events :) Josh and Rebekah (the wonders of OTG) really put their hearts and souls into their business to make sure that the families they service get what they need. At times that comes at a sacrifice to their own children and most of the families don't realize what it takes to run a pediatric therapy office of this size. We will continue our services with OTG until the kids "graduate" - when that day comes I may cry just a tad bit!

My sons therapist Tony has done more in the past year then all the years of therapy combined. He's finally trying different foods when we ask him too. Lastly I would like to thank Josh and Rebekah for all they do in the community. They sponsored my sons baseball team 2 years ago. Thank you so much OTG

My physical therapist, Peter Lorenz, was exceptionally professional, knowledgeable, compassionate, and personable. He challenged me throughout my rehabilitation, helping me strengthen my shoulder with the goal of avoiding surgery. Every exercise had a purpose, and Pete always took the time to explain what each movement was targeting and why it was important. Because of his instruction, I now feel confident continuing my exercise program at home. In addition, after recovering from a virus that left me with balance issues, Pete developed a therapy program that restored my stability and confidence. Thanks to his expertise, I am once again able to enjoy my long walks on the beach without concern. I would also like to recognize the outstanding front desk team--Marci, Cruz, and Christine. They are warm, welcoming, and consistently pleasant, creating a positive first impression for every patient who walks through the door. Their professionalism and kindness make every visit a positive experience. While the administrative side of a medical practice often goes unnoticed, their hard work is essential to keeping everything running smoothly. Thank you to the entire team at All Star Physical Therapy for your dedication, professionalism, and exceptional patient care. I highly recommend your practice to anyone seeking outstanding physical therapy services. Cathy Z.

After my treatment, I waited to receive updated stretches/exercises, but they were never updated in the app. I had to call more than once to follow up, and despite being told the stretches would also be emailed to me, I never received anything. I originally contacted them in March to schedule an appointment. I was told they were unable to schedule me at that time and that they would call me back. After waiting over a month with no follow-up, I finally called them myself only to be told that my referral had expired. Overall, the communication and follow-through were very disappointing.

Others when you ask for them for something will say they will be back in a minute which turns out to be 30 minutes or more or they forget what you want. Suggest they write down things to remember better. They also need to be in the dining areas and stay when meals are served unless an emergency occurs. The food for the most part is deplorable due to a lack of supervision. Especially weekends. They need constant supervision wherein the company including the board of directors need to invest in another head chef in addition to what they have. They don't pay attention to detail most of the time. I would have only 1 to 2 meals a week that would be good. I would give the employees a language test before hiring. The administrators including admit and discharge areas are outstanding. I would suggest that instead of having the discharge review board on just Wednesday's they do this on all weekdays like the hospitals and other rehabs do. It would help if they told all the patients their disposition and intentions to clear up a lot of misunderstandings as it is the patients rights to know that as long as they are lucid.. The Doctors are mostly hospitalists and they do take the time to discuss their intentions with the patients. I had Dr. Bertani and he did a fantastic job getting me back to health on several occasions. The physical therapists are outstanding. They see all kind of injuries and are well trained to help each situation. I don't believe they need any improvement from what they do. Helpful and caring is their motto. Occupational Therapy also helpful and excellent. I believe once a patient displays they can successfully do things on their own they don't need to go over and over the same things and waist time spend it on patients that need it the most.
