I am very disappointed with my experience at All Star Therapy. The front office staff were not very friendly or welcoming, which made the experience frustrating from the start. After my treatment, I waited to receive updated stretches/exercises, but they were never updated in the app. I had to call more than once to follow up, and despite being told the stretches would also be emailed to me, I never received anything. I originally contacted them in March to schedule an appointment. I was told they were unable to schedule me at that time and that they would call me back. After waiting over a month with no follow-up, I finally called them myself only to be told that my referral had expired. I started physical therapy for improved balance and leg/knee strengthening. This facility is one of many belonging to All Star Therapy. Most of the full time trained and certified therapists have PhDs. There are numerous aides in the facility to assist all patients. I have been very pleased with the entire therapy program and experience in this office. I have experienced many different therapy centers over time, and this one is the best and most professional I have experienced. Dr Peter Lorenz is my assigned therapist, along with trained and in-training aides. All the exercises have been professionally developed and my progress is recorded. Began going All Star during the first of 2025. I was asked to pay $100 to get started. I soon found through my insurance that I should not have been charged. I have been trying to get to get a refund for months. Granted it's only $100 but now it's an ethical issue. If I owed them a balance they would send it to a collection agency. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE! I was hopeful that this therapy company would be able to provide physical therapy services equivalent to services I would have received from Kaiser PT department - not an unreasonable expectation considering Kaiser contracts with them. Sadly that wasn't the case. I chose them because I read a few good reviews and they were very close to my home. My first appointment went well enough. It was an assessment with an actual credentialed physical therapist who spent an appropriate amount of time evaluating my condition and then prescribing exercises for my home program. He watched carefully as I did the exercises and made corrections where needed. My second session however was vastly different from the first. The girl who was assigned to me a PT assistant, was late, probably because as I found out later, she was double booked. She spent 5 minutes with me, then a PT tech and intern took over, being tasked with showing me a couple of new exercises, then running back and forth between me and other clients, leaving me largely unsupervised. The PT assistant probably spent all of 15 minutes with me out of the 1 hour appointment. I'm sure they charge Kaiser the full rate for an actual DPT. I canceled all future appointments there and have gone back to Kaiser. As I mentioned, BEWARE OF THIS PLACE! From day one, they have been incredible to work with. Every single person there truly cares -- you can feel it the moment you walk in. The entire staff is kind, welcoming, professional, and genuinely friendly. They take real pride in what they do, and it shows in how attentive and supportive they are during every visit. What really stood out to me is how much they advocate for their patients. When my workers' comp initially would not cover all of my needed treatment, the team went above and beyond by working directly with my doctor to help get additional visits approved so I could continue my recovery. I visited this location because my doctor had referred me after an ankle replacement surgery. On my second visit while working with the therapist he asks his coworker what type of mobility I was suppose to regain because he didn't have much knowledge with that kind of surgery. They both weren't knowledgeable with it and said they could not find a protocol for it. The whole visit felt as if they were just guessing what they should do. I certainly would not recommend this place due to their lack of knowledge. read more

I had the worst experience here at first it seem promising, but then they basically put me through hell. I only went a few times in the guy basically was like said my wrist was broke when it wasn't and then said that you know basically I thought you were doing better so he didn't seem like he wanted to work and help me and when I tried to get authorization for my knee, they made it hell for met be helped, and then the girl basically never responded to me and finally realize she had. She kept trying to make excuses of why I can't come and was very rude to me. It was really horrible and then I finally went in for my knee and they weren't doing anything to help me. When I went in with a knee injury and had surgery I was feeling a little down Leilani the receptionist made my insurance process so easy . Very helpful I had Elijah as my therapist 90% of the time He was very patient and caring of my concerns . Very grateful for his education and caring demeanor. If I had any concerns he made sure I was taken care I ended up going 2 times a week so approximately for 6-8 week Leaving today. I was referred by Kaiser because all other therapy for my compressed back vertebrae fracture was not giving me any significant pain relief . I was constantly requesting higher oxy meds, so my back Dr. at Kaiser gave me a referral for pool physical therapy at All Star. For me , the pool PT was like a miracle. The very first session in the pool -- my pain lessened. I thought it might be all in my head, but then the second session brought even more pain relief. I joined their membership at additional cost of $50 per month to access their Pool and dry gym PT equipment 5-days a week. I started to go daily and found pain relief benefit every day I went . My pain scale was a 5-7 before All-Star treatment. After 3-weeks, my pain scale is now 1-2. Moreover, my opiate use has decreased . Dr. Chelsea Rendahl and Steve have been awesome in her use of encouragement and patience in their instruction. But then all of the staff has been most professional , friendly, and helpful. And their heated pool is actually heated! For me , the older I get the more sensitive I am to cold. I figured when I was told their pool was heated it would be the bone chilling cold temp of 24-hour fitness's pool. However , it is warmly inviting the moment you get in. I broke my kneecap three months ago, had surgery to put my patella back together and Pete, Chelsea and his staff have helped me get back to walking easily and bending my knee and hopefully back to playing pickleball in a few months! I tried to get an appointment here via the Veteran Community Care program and this place wouldn't assist us. The VA (Tri-West) wanted All-Star to provide an appointment date so they could properly fill out the referral form and fax it over. They wouldn't do it, they said that the form needs to come first. After the VA took 10 minutes to explain that they can't complete the form without an appointment date. All Star didn't care and would work with the VA (Tri-West). This is the second time I have used this location for my work comp injuries and I would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone. 7 years ago I was referred there after spine surgery to do both aqua and land therapy. I started my sessions during COVID. Staffs are friendly and nice. Doctors are caring and they all want you feel better soon and I liked my interaction with them. I fell down hard and broke my wrist in October, necessitating surgery to repair the break. I was sent for physical therapy and found All Star through Yelp. These people are awesome! The manager and main PT guy, Pete, clearly runs the place in a wonderful way because everyone that works there seems to be happy. For over three months I attended regularly to help bring strength and flexibility back to my wrist and shoulder. My OT was Dana and wonderful. Everyone here was competent, kind, fun to spend time with, encouraging, and very helpful! These people seem to really care about their patients. I came here during Covid time, and everything was always sanitized well and everyone required to wear masks and have their temperature checked at the door, which I appreciated. I am only give you this place a one because that is the lowest I can go. I went here for therapy and worked with Heather and Heather was awesome ! My knee started to feel better so I stopped coming for a while. I then got a referral to go back and the place had moved and had changed to a gym/PT. When you have knee issues and cannot walk anyone would gain weight. As soon as Pete saw me walk in he asked the very nice receptionist to escort me back to my car So that is the other clients would not see me!! Chelsea has been working on getting my knee in shape since December of 2018. I haven't been able to run on it for two years, and now I'm running several times a week. I just completed PT for my hip with Dr. Brandon Raslowsky at All Star Physical Therapy. I was very leery about PT during this whole Covid time, but I felt very safe there. The facility was set-up for 6 ft social distancing and sanitized areas after each patient. Also, the entire staff there was very friendly and helpful. I was lucky enough to have Brandon as my PT doctor. He is fantastic! He did a very thorough assessment of my problem and devised a personalized program to correct/strengthen various muscle groups, as well as physical manipulation of the hip. He and the staff members made sure I was doing the exercises correctly, and that I understood how each exercise was helping me. They gave me helpful printouts of exercises to do at home, as well. I am pain free again and back to my regular daily routine thanks to Brandon! read more

Very disappointed with the service at All Star. The PT Dr spent very little time if any with me at my appts. An assistant followed me as I independently did my exercises. Then the last ten minutes put heat and stem on my back. This is the summation of my hour appt. Because they are contracted with my insurance company this is the PT that I am assigned to go to for treatment. I will chose to look elsewhere for future PT treatment. Although I may have to pay out of pocket. I would rather get the proper treatment and feel better, isn't that the real goal that should be achieved. read more

I had six surgeries in two years. Eleven surgeries on my knees and hips. Both hips and one knee replacement. Dr Pete is the reason I can function today. I worked with Pete for these two years and I can say without him I wouldn't be walking, standing up straight or be able to go up and down stairs.
