Let me start by saying we always go to eat n park but usually the elm rd not austintown one my best friend and her girls got there first got seated and ordered drinks well waitin on me and my daughter to arrive from the min I sat down at the table the waitress walked over to ask what we would like to drink had an attitude and was rude and not friendly after placing my order I changed my mind and ask for something else instead of buffet and BARB the waitress made me feel like I was a bother so I looked to my friend and she said she been rude since she starting helping them when they got there she came over to refill the coffee for my friends handicap daughter and she tried to hand her the top and she took the cup off of her, put it on the table and poured coffee in it and was not friendly about it after my friend said she's handicapped and I just wanna make sure that it's decaf she real smartly said yes and walked away she came back to the table and I asked about cookies for the two girls and she said are they 10 years old and I said no, and she walked away and went in the kitchen. She then came back to the table with two cookies and said my manager said to give you these and started with laying the cookies on the table and said I just wanna make sure my shakes aren't bothering you that are from my epilepsy real smart and I said to her it's your attitude bothering us I did speak to the manager two times about this and he was very apologetic felt very bad for the way she treated us. He even had a talk with her and she still acted like this after he had a talk with her. She had everybody in the restaurant staring at us, and then started talking to the customers behind us about us if she doesn't like her job then maybe she needs to find a different job. I did not leave her a tip because I did not feel like she deserved it after treating us the way that she did. Barb has a terrible attitude towards customers to be a server. No thank you no have a nice day no smiles and as I told the manager, if it wasn't for customers like us who spent over $100 you wouldn't have doors open and places to have a job for people read more

Upon our arrival here the hostess was not a pleasant person at all but the rest of the staff was good. The food took forever to come out and then most of it was cold to warm. I will give props to the French fries which were not only hot but were very good. read more

Used to be great but something has happened. Went there for breakfast and the order took forever to get to the table? Ordered scrambled eggs and breakfast potatoes. The scrambled eggs looked very strange and seemed to be overcooked. Won't go back. read more

Clean facility, generally quiet environment. The food is good and not terribly expensive.

Service was excellent food was great, good price, good place to stop! Definitely recommend and open late!

I wish I could give negative stars. We were shown our seat then the hostess realized the table hadn't been wiped. So he went and grabbed a blue rag that had big brown stains all over it, it looked like a microfiber dusting cloth, but he just wiped it from side to side. I figured I'd just ask our sever to do it right when he/she came to take our order. In the process of wiping the table off, the hostess knocked a sign over so he took his foot and placed it on the seat to pick the sign back up. There was no way we were sitting on whatever was on the bottom of his shoe. Such a shame because we usually like going here for breakfast. Guess any time after that we'll just have to stay away until they train their hostess better. read more

Excellent breakfast. Ordered over medium eggs and they were cooked perfectly. Bacon was crisp and the toast was actually covered with butter, not just waived over the top of the butter dish in hopes that enough butter molecules would waft skyward and intersect the dry surface of the toasted bread. Cook did a great job so I had to tip him as well as the waitress. read more

Coupon for my online order didn't work, burger was awful, and somehow so were the mashed potatoes and gravy. Their house burger is pretty much a Big Mac, and sadly, McDonalds makes a better one. That's saying a lot. At least I ate here so now you don't have to. read more

Oddly, this is not a complaint about the restaurant or staff. I went in on a Saturday and decided to do the breakfast buffet. This was ridiculous, the customers to this offering were throwing the lids around the the tongs used to pick up the food. A customer in front of me picked up 1/3 of the tray of bacon to put on his plate and dropped some on the floor and didn't even consider to pick it up. A customer behind me was pushing me with his plate, he eventually went to the server side of the buffet to get to trays before me and gave me dirty looks when I was reaching for the same tongs. The staff was great and kept my coffee full and my table clean. But ill never go back because of the rudeness of the customers. read more

2nd time there, lAst time the service was slow as heck, they were more concerned with cleaning an hour before close, this time it was an hour and 20 minutes before close and the special on the billboard was chicken and salad bar and the salad was already closed, they were to busy vacuuming to notice us standing there, we ended up leaving and going to Denny's. read more

The server was nice enough but honestly you could do yourself a favor and just buy a bunch of 75¢ Banquet microwave dinners from Walmart and it'd taste about the same. It sucked spending $40 on a meal for 2 adults and 2 kids... pretty bland. The cookies and cinnamon roll were ok. read more

My Mom and I came here for breakfast before I headed back to Dayton, Ohio. We both ordered simple breakfast items and coffee. The service was poor to say the least. The server was slow to get our drinks, orange juice and coffee and after she dropped off our food didn't check until we were finished. The food was below average in respect to what is expected. My food was room temperature and the same was for my Mom. We didn't finish either plate and when the server came by she didn't bother asking how our breakfast was. Overall, skip this place if you can make it to Perkins or Cracker Barrel just down the road. read more

Food was what you would expect... ok. But the service was sloW. Very slow !! Waitress was in no hurry at all. We waited for our drinks. We waited to order. We waited 30 minutes for our food. Watched our server stop and talked to other servers as she held our plates of food in her hands. We waited for our check. She rang our check incorrectly. We waited for her to correct it. Was like watching paint dry.., zero urgency thru the meal. They were not busy at all. Would have been nice if a manager was present. read more

Wow! What a nice salad bar! It was clean and there were lots of options. We also ordered 2 appetizers (fried pickles and fried zucchini) - when they arrived they were huge (and very good)! We were barely able to make a dent in them. Our server was super attentive and friendly (wish I could remember her name). The food is a little pricey for the quality but it's not bad. Never been disappointed but never overly impressed. Conveniently open 24/7. I normally go late at night and the staff at that time is amazing. Always polite and personable, very helpful and attentive. Had the nantucket cod which was pretty good, but it was only like 3 inches long and I'm thinking what happen did they drop the other half in the kitchen, 11 bucks for this, they should be ashamed. Horrible service. Waitress was very mean my daughter had her foot out from under the table and she stepped on my daughters foot then said "keep your feet under the table." I also asked for a to go container and the waitress said "I can't give you one asked another waiter if busy" my son asked for ranch please for his potatoes and she said "why do you need ranch" if a costumer wants something get it for them!!! They had sour cream on the heating thing and it got so hot it was watery at the top. Also my 6 year old was at the buffet and it was so hot he burned himself. We also asked for a table of ten and the waitress said "ughhh really" like we're giving you business why do you care! The syrup also had a really gross plastic film on the topI'm so disappointed! I order some five guys burgers and thought I would go over to eat n park and get a coffee to go. I ran over the buzzer piece that they have put there to alert them that someone was at the drive thru. After 5 minutes of waiting I then left the drive thru and went inside. A younger male was at the checkout and I requested a coffee to go. He told me that they haven't taught him yet how to do that and he would get someone to help me. 4 people paid there bills and 5 minutes later I left. I waited 10 minutes at eat n park to get a coffee to go and left with nothing. Trust me, last time even remotely thinking about going here. read more
