People bring pets into the store all day long, and staff does nothing to enforce their own signage. I have a documented allergy to dogs and rely on posted policies to safely enter public spaces. On dozens of occasions, I have had to leave the store because pets were present. This is not an isolated incident, and staff is fully aware that non service animals are regularly allowed inside. When I called the store to raise the issue, no corrective action was taken. I was given excuses rather than solutions, and the behavior continues unchanged. Posting a policy while refusing to enforce it puts customers with allergies and disabilities at risk. If CVS chooses not to enforce its own rules, the signage should be removed so customers can make informed decisions before entering.

Imagine my surprise when I called to find out how much one of my daily doses cost there and was told $40 (normally I pay $155)! How do they do this I asked! Well it turns out that Fenway Pharmacy is a non-profit organization, funded with grants, government money, and private donors. So not only is medicine affordable again, but the staff is extremely helpful and friendly!
