I needed an inhaler and so we dropped off the prescription and were told to come back in 20 minutes. We came back after lunch (more than 20 minutes) and it was not ready. The clerk didn't tell the pharmacist we were waiting. I am amazed by this place because so many people are behind the counter and yet they do not communicate or work well together. The same clerk asked for my drivers license 3 times then ran after us to get my date of birth. I am usually a fan of Walgreens and when we moved here last year, I was so pleased to see one so close to our home. Now I prefer CVS.

I really do wish and hope that one day, in my small, little, town of Westwood, there would be a beautiful, gorgeous downtown center area with tons of shops, stores, and restaurants. Boy, would be it be great for Westwood Center to do something similar to Wellesley Center. Anyway, if I don't feel like making a trip to any grocery store (at least five minutes away), my only options for quick-y sort of items are Walgreens or Alltown. And for the majority of the time, Walgreens has much more. While it is still minuscule in comparison to every other Walgreens I've been to, it's a local store and basically a pharmacy and about ten short aisles of items you'd need on an everyday basis with the occasional extra here and there. They have a copy machine (unlike other Walgreens locations), and have an overwhelmingly large selection of greeting cards and handicapped supplies (lots of wheelchairs and other stuff of that sort), for such a small store. Not much food, but they always keep up with the seasons and will have something chocolatey or sweet, to fill the need. Staff are always friendly and barely ever are there many other people in the store. Hours are horrible (open until 7pm on weekdays and until 2pm on Saturday!), but the convenience and amazing staff make this Walgreens still one of my favorites. I will continue to do a whole lot of my shopping here.

Delivery times are unpredictable. Some workers' attitudes at Walmart are bad, as I mentioned above. I switched to other grocery stores, but I still use Walmart for certain things I know are cheaper. But things aren't as cheap at Walmart anymore. I am so discouraged by the way they treat customers. I only use them when there's no other choice. Another problem is that they give you the wrong grocery order. Someone should take a look at this company and see how they trick consumers.

I had a good experience the first time so I hoped for the best! I had a somewhat urgent prescription needing to filled, especially as I was about to head out of state for a week. Tracey was kind, but told me that they didn't have my prescription in stock and they would order it for Monday; unfortunately, I was unable to wait two more days and they suggested I call to other pharmacies in the area to see what their inventories were and Big Y would transfer the prescription to them. I was disappointed and thought I would be spending the rest of the afternoon navigating different pharmacies. I was still at the store a few minutes later picking up a few other things and contemplating the rest of the day's logistics, when Tracey began calling my name from down the aisle. She found me in the store and told me she had called and found the prescription at CVS Walpole! I was so happily stunned that (1) she called to find the medicine somewhere else and she'd transferred the prescription and (2) she walked around the store to look for me and let me know after I missed her call on my cell. These extra steps saved me a ton of effort and time. I very, very much appreciate this kindness and effort!!

From Brooks, to Rite Aid, and now to Walgreens in only ten years, they have spent thousands just to keep changing the name. Since Walgreens is such a large company, I'm hopeful it won't change again. The pharmacy is phenomenal here as is the front end staff. Drive thru pharmacy has just gotten more efficient over the years. Store is always fully stocked (and now, it's so much cleaner and more open since the recent renovation from Rite Aid to Walgreens), organized, and user friendly. Shelves are always fully stocked and I think this is the ONLY pharmacy I've been to that doesn't have stains all over the carpet. Only complaint is that since the change from Rite Aid to Walgreens, everything in the store has moved and I don't know where anything is! I guess in a few months I'll be used to the new layout, but they should have aisle directories or something! John, the store manager, is also super friendly and very receptive to any concerns that customers have. He definitely goes above and beyond to please everyone, and does a considerably better job than many other store managers. Other staff here are hit or miss. Some are friendly, kind and helpful.... others need to retire! Overall, this place is close to my house and while I will always miss the better promotions and Plenti card that Rite Aid has to offer those days are now over. Could definitely be much worse. Sign up for Balance Rewards if you don't already have it for better promotions, currently they are giving out coupons for the grand opening through the end of August 2019. 4 stars.

So instead I gave this place 2hours and 45 min pulled up at 345 . Just for the women to ask me my sons information again which is fine but the ITS NOT READY YET IS WHERE COULDNT TAKE IT . I said to the woman at the window MISS I called you guys on the ph at 1 pm and you guys stated an hour and I have you almost 3 hours still not filled . The RX was sent in at 12 pm this afternoon .
