I had a stamped piece of 18k gold he initially quoted me under value for the 18k then said "oh maybe it's 14k" quoted me for 14k. Then said "oh maybe it's 12k gold but it's rare I see 12k ever come into my shop, I think it's 10 k" meanwhile as I watched every acid test passed. Then he scarred the piece not once but twice. Claiming it was a MUST to see its value. The second opinion I got saw the scars and asked "WHO did this to you!? These scars on the gold!? Whoever it was is a true jerk" this guy is a true fraud and lair. Go somewhere better with a more trustworthy person.

They were from the start honest and straight to the point. I finally was able to pop in and have them look at my ring to see if possible. They told me yes, left it with them, and to come back the following day. When I got my ring, which again I have had since my now husband proposed back in 2013, it looked fresh and new (the same way it did back then). The soldering looks amazing and the ring feels great.
