When I finally threatened to report them to the BBB and the IRS they finally gave back my W-2. I strongly suggest taking your business elsewhere. I will never do business again with super tax or any company associated with them. I would honestly give this a -5 stars if possible one of the worst experiences I've ever had.

We are all busy, whether you work in tax firm during a tax season or not. We are all taking a time of the day to contact you, too. I know you get frustrated with multiple calls but please learn to handle the calls professionally, deal with each existing and new clients equally without bias. The way you handled the call today was utterly rude and very unprofessional and it seems other people have experienced the same. Your tax service gets good reviews but the handling of the calls are hurting your business to grow.
