My wife and I are relocating to Dallas for work. After some preliminary googling we liked The Urban Avenue's website and highlighted properties. I called Chase to inquire about the process. He was extremely helpful and asked for my criteria for a place, which was lengthy. I gave him a price range and what we were looking for, and he told me he'd have a property report list to me by the end of the day. By 5PM he had emailed me a list of about 25 prospective properties with personalized comments and available move-in dates. The properties on the list were a great cross section of what Dallas had to offer - different neighborhoods, a good mix of lofts, high rises, and new builds, etc. Everything was within the budget that we had given him. He even added a couple of properties we had found on our own. We decided we wanted to view 11 (!) properties over the course of two days. Chase scheduled all appointments on our behalf and met us the morning of the first day to greet us. He was also extremely knowledgable about the area, offering dining and other local advice upon request. We eventually settled on a great place in Deep Ellum. Chase had every answer about the property for any questions we had before making our decision. His service was professional, extremely prompt, and very personalized to our needs. We couldn't have been happier with our experience. In Dallas, it's common for brokers to receive a commission from properties, so there was no cost to us. If you're relocating, there's no reason to not use a broker as it makes the process so much easier. I absolutely recommend Chase and The Urban Avenue! read more
