The bartender was friendly and chatted with us as we sat at the bar. The ambiance is real chill and cool, with comfy couches and an (intentional) 80's motif that's unique for Wichita bars. They also have a pool table, an arcade game and a TouchTunes jukebox if you want to entertain yourself while there. The cocktail menu isn't huge and I got the Isle Fizz and I enjoyed it as a nice little tiki sort of drink. (I'm new to cocktails so I wouldn't take my opinion on drinks yet though.) My husband got an old fashioned and he says it's strong but good. I'm not sure what the population is at this place on normal nights, but I hope having it on here helps it pick up! Our guests continued to tell us how great they were! * The day-of coordination between Brian, his son, his daughter, and his wife Dena made the entire process run smoothly and their years of experience is evident. Having a golf cart to transport me to the ceremony site so I wasn't walking in heels over gravel or dirt is just one example of how much thought they've put into each event. * The air bnb is beautiful! It was an amazing place to stay overall, and made our weekend so much less stressful since my girls and I got to stay the night before, and my husband and I got to stay the night of. * There were multiple times I messed up (arrived early the day before, didn't pass out my vendor cards, etc) and Brian not only had the patience of a saint, but made sure everything I forgot about got done!! Definitely order some chipotle sauce! I've also had the beef and potato Gorditas and the La Bandera enchilada plate. Those are delicious too! Only thing about the beef and potato Gorditas, is that the potato chunks are few to the point that you can barely tell they are in it. So far the Mulitas are my favorite! I'll try other dishes though.
