They have cleaned for us on a regular basis for over a year and they do consistently great work- literally above and beyond expectations. Tracy runs a tight ship and her crews are polite and well trained. They have the process down and when they get to my home, it's all business. Ace does such a great job despite the multiple dogs in our home. If you are currently using a cleaning person or cleaning company, get rid of them and call Tracy. You won't be sorry!

The owner, Jasmine, stated she would give us a good deal because we have multiple other properties and were potentially looking to use this company for those investments as well. The day of, we called three hours in advance due to us living out of state and needing to allow for travel time to confirm the appointment, nobody in the office could confirm whether or not everything was good to go. One of the staff members stated "the owner is conducting an interview, she'll have to call you back", I finally let her know we had zero time to continue waiting due to needing to drive out there and the services should had already been confirmed, and if we didn't get a response in 10 minutes we were going to cancel services. 5 minutes later we received a call confirming. Cool, we ended up driving out there. Two girls show up and my wife and I look at each other because there of course, we're only two. We asked where the third cleaner was, Monica, stated "I've already said it and we don't get it but it is only us two, but we will take care of you". Fast forward to showing them the house, two hours or so goes by, Jasmine is calling Monica complaining about them still being there. They get off the phone and my wife asks if there is a problem, Monica then states that Jasmine (the owner, remember), "is complaining how long we are taking, but we only have two people". My wife then says if there is an issue, Jasmine can call to speak with her. Jasmine then calls again and states they need to hurry up. Well, after they get off the phone, Monica comes down and says she needs to leave because "she has a long trip, but I can give you my number to come back to clean another day." We agree because since services weren't rendered, of course we would pay Monica in cash upon completion. Well, she states numerous times to please not tell her boss because she will get in trouble. Well, after doing our walk-through for what they did touch, our appliances were not cleaned inside and out. The basement level was NOT EVEN touched. The blinds weren't cleaned, nor walls (we have a design wall), nor baseboards in upper level. Also, when we scheduled the carpet cleaning it was asked if they use an industrial type of steam vac or one you can buy at a store. Jasmine stated they have a professional industrial steam vac. Well, this was a lie. The two ladies showed up with a store bought steam vac. Since the services were not completely rendered, we informed Jasmine we will not pay the remaining balance. Jasmine didn't even try to solve the issue whatsoever for us, especially considering us having multiple properties- says enough about the customer service, or lack thereof. A few weeks go by and she ends up charging the remaining balance WITHOUT our consent!!! Seriously, do NOT bother with this company and definitely do NOT give them your card info! I highly Paul for any of your DJ needs! We found him on Yelp and Weddingwire and asked if we could…read morewatch him DJ locally to see how he performs and he provided us details on the time and location. He has a very simple and efficient set up with lights and sound systems. What was really impressive for us were the music videos that he played that went with the music. Once we saw that and saw/heard his transitions we knew he was the DJ we wanted. We had an unusual theme for our wedding, we did a costume theme "Talk Nerdy to Me" and Paul was not only happy to work with us, but he also had some awesome ideas on how to truly make it our own. With the video screen package, he was able to do movie/you tube clips and a slide show. When it came to getting strange and unusual music, Paul was able to do it with no issues. We asked for quite a few songs that were not in his database including traditional Chinese and Estonian Country music and he was able to get it with no issues. His online planning system made it really easy for us to put our Ceremony and Reception plan together. All of my guests LOVED the music choices. Part of it was our doing in putting together a song list, and part of it was Paul reading the party and playing accordingly. He even accommodated my niece's request for the Hokie Pokie. Don't take my word for it, Weddings are not the gigs he does in the DC area. Watch him in action and see for yourself. I feel that if other businesses book him on a regular basis, he is probably a good choice for your wedding. I am really glad I acted on this assumption, and had a chance to work with Paul. Paul Garza DJed our wedding last Friday and did an amazing job. At the last minute, he wasn't going to be able to get his equipment out to us in time so I found Paul and reached out to him. Paul told me he was available and met with us in person. He was reasonably priced and we couldn't have lucked out better for a last minute booking. Even though our friend couldn't DJ, Paul let him do all of the introductions which was really sweet. He even let our friend take the reigns and do a couple songs! Paul never felt like our friend was stepping on his toes and we really appreciated that he let us do that. Paul kept the party going from the beginning. I've had so many people since the end of our wedding telling me how great our DJ was. We had a weird mix of twenty somethings and sixty somethings with not much in between. Even still, Paul was able to judge the crowd and keep people dancing. I don't think there was a second all night long that people weren't all over the dance floor! His online portal is very straight forward and easy to use. I was able to put in many details and everything we wanted to hear was played at our wedding. Paul is also not one of those DJs that keeps interrupting songs to talk. He knew when it was appropriate to interject and when it wasn't. My husband commented that this was one of his favorite things about Paul: his professionalism on and off the dance floor.
