We tried washing, used windex, used vinegar and they just didn't look great. We found LA McMahon in a mailer. We vetted them against two other companies and all were priced similarly, but LA MCMahon had the best customer service and schedule times so we selected them. Setting up an appointment was easy. I had counted my windows ahead of time and they confirmed the count onsite when they arrive. The technician was on time, professional and so polite. He did a great job inside and out. He brought all his own equipment, ladder, etc. It really was worth it to have the professionals come out and do this job. We look forward to using LA McMahon next spring.

None of that got done. Called Mark, who dispatched same two guys - who came in with a cavalier attitude. Said my painters were in their way as why they missed windows. Then, when I pointed out dirty fingerprints on screen frames, untouched window housing, he said, oh, we don't do that part. It would have been easier for them to do the entire window rather than avoiding the parts they DON'T do. Simply ridiculous. Despite not completing the work and doing a very sloppy job on the work they did do, they still managed to send a $405 bill! Lost a very good customer.

Had all gutters on house and garage cleaned, and all windows. Did a great job! Did gutters first and afterward, even blew off my deck where debris from the gutters had fallen.
