It's been an incredibly difficult year, and challenges continue to arise, but Tim gave us a fresh start--an immense weight lifted from our bodies and the chance to breathe again. A couple of minor things for next time: while the apartment is stunningly clean, there were a few spots where the team seemed to "tap out". Some items were placed in unexpected locations--like reusable shopping bags inside the open space of the TV console, shower products left scattered, coat racks and dog harnesses still unorganized even though I sent a picture of that space to be cleaned, and kitchen spices mixed with glassware despite Tim mentioning it to his staff before they started. These are very nitpicky details and honestly not significant. If you want a solid deep clean -- Tim's your guy!!! What matters most is that I wanted a beautiful, clean space, and Organic Tim's went above and beyond to deliver that. They even rearranged some furniture, transforming this space from a reminder of chronic illness, stress, and exhaustion into a space where my family and I can come together and live fully. I used to have this cleaning service come out to my house every month, and every month I would find new things that were broken... and when things weren't broken, they would do a really poor job anyway, The last straw was when they broke a ceramic music box that I've had for 53 years. They also broke a lamp from the 1800s that I've had in my family forever and that was hidden elsewhere They also broke the shower door doors downstairs by pulling them off the hinges I would never recommend this company ever again Initially, when I contacted them at least about the ceramic music box, I got a reply that it was Saturday and they don't work on Saturday. Did they ever follow up on Sunday or Monday? No. Also, when one of the ladies was in my kitchen and she realized that I spoke Spanish, she seemed ashamed. My daughter also speak Spanish and would tell me that they were talking about us, but because I wasn't there, I kind of blew it off. So not only did the break things in my house that were irreplaceable, they insulted us, and they did a poor job and they tried to hide the fact that they broke things in our house. I will never have them out again. It is just sad to me because I've had tremendous cleaning people over the course of my life, and this is the first time that I've really had a terrible experience with anyone.

I called him while the work was being done. He told me to let him know as soon as the work was completed, and he'd be happy to do a walkthrough for me and squeeze me in so I could get home ASAP. It wasn't as bad as I had thought it would be, but it was still a job that would be too much for me to handle on my own. I knew if I hired Patrick, I could just walk back into my apartment as though nothing had happened. And that is EXACTLY what happened! He spent 1 full day and a morning cleaning the place from top to bottom. Everything was put back precisely according to pictures. I had done a lot of covering of closets, etc., because I was scared my building wouldn't do an adequate job. We had left it that he would check whether or not the inside of closets or cabinets needed to be done once he started the job.
