They stated yes, it had been sitting there. we get it back and they wasted half our bacon, calling them "ends." I grew up in a butcher shop and the ends we left weren't half the bacon side as these people did. When dropping our meat off, they acted like it was the world's biggest inconvenience for them to DO THEIR JOB. I'm absolutely livid that they claim this is decent work. We will NEVER return here, and will tell everyone to avoid going to them.

We have been getting pigs butchered here for the last 3 years. This year with Covid getting dates…read morewas a challenge as one would except so we had to take pigs in on different dates. First pig was done we went to pick up at 4:45 (close at 5) got the 3rd degree about coming right before closing time but they did get it out of the multiple walk-ins. Loaded and gone before five. 2 days later my good friend calls about delivering 2 more pigs to be butchered that had been scheduled for months and was told he canceled his appointments and couldn't get another date till October 2021. Rude is the only word I can think of. Luckily another local butcher can get them in in 2 weeks. Never again.
