That quest led me to Country Creek Produce Farm's Trail of Lights, and WOW am I glad it did. We arrived a little after 5pm on the last Saturday before Christmas, and the timing could not have been better. Rockstar parking right near the driveway, a very short admission line, and an easy, relaxed walk through the trail with minimal foot-traffic congestion. By the time we were heading out around 6:30pm, though? Total chaos (the festive kind). Cars were backed up down the driveway, parking had spilled way out into the field, and the admission line had grown significantly. Pro tip: go early -- future you will be very grateful. For $16 per person (prime night pricing), this has officially become my favorite holiday adventure find of 2025. We could not believe the sheer amount of lights, creativity, and effort packed into this place. Even more shocking? Neither of us had ever heard of it before. As Central PA natives who live about 30 minutes away, it feels almost criminal that this display is rated Top 10 in the U.S. and somehow flew completely under our radar. The trail itself is chef's kiss. It's long but not exhausting, nicely spaced out, and super well thought out. There are cozy little fire pits sprinkled along the way so you can stop, warm up, and soak it all in. The paths are wide enough for big families, strollers, and little kids zig-zagging with pure holiday chaos energy -- yet everything still flows smoothly. Bonus points for being relatively level and easy to walk. And the photo ops?! Off the charts. Lighted scenes everywhere, but my personal favorites were the glowing butterfly wings. I took a photo at every single one. Zero regrets. Now for the unexpected, niche, very personal highlight: the techno version of "Amazing Grace" playing as I danced my way through a lighted archway. I did not see that coming. It left a genuine, lasting impression on my heart and my entire holiday season. If you know, you know. Food lovers, come hungry. The farm offers apple cider donuts (famous for a reason), gingersnap donuts, signature hot chocolate, local cider, fresh-cut fries, and a whole lineup of homemade baked goodies. On weekends, the grill is open with local beef sandwiches, sausages, and chicken. You can also browse their holiday greenhouse for wreaths, greenery, décor, and locally curated gifts -- which is dangerous in the best possible way. Admission also includes access to play areas, mountain slides, jump pads, zip lines, live barnyard animals, music shows, and light displays galore. You can also add a fun ticket for the lit-up 1952 restored Ferris wheel or the Marion Express Train for a few extra bucks. Speaking of animals...the petting zoo was great, but the real star was the giant, enormous, absolutely unit of a pig, snoring loudly and sleeping like he paid rent there. Truly iconic. Bottom line: I love this place. We're officially turning Country Creek Produce Farm's Trail of Lights into an annual tradition, and I'll be back next year without hesitation. From here on out, I will proudly serve as a Trail of Lights Evangelist, encouraging literally everyone I know to add this gem to their holiday plans. Well worth the price. I visited last year and had such a great time that coming back this summer wasn't even a question. In fact, I thought this year's festival felt even bigger, which was wonderful to see. Even with everything getting more expensive these days, Hollabaugh Bros. continues to put together an event that's affordable, welcoming and packed with things to do. I arrived about two hours before the festival wrapped up for the weekend and expected things might be winding down. Nope! The place was still buzzing with people enjoying one last taste of blueberry season! If you love blueberries...this event is your Super Bowl. Fresh blueberries. Pick-your-own blueberries. Blueberry baked goods. Blueberry milkshakes. Blueberry sundaes. Product samples featuring blueberry everything. Food trucks. Local artisans. Live music. It's basically blueberry paradise! My personal lineup for the afternoon included a blueberry milkshake, one of their incredible blueberry sugar cakes and a pint of fresh blueberries to take home since I didn't have time to pick my own this year. I found a spot to sit, enjoyed my milkshake and sugar cake while listening to the live music and thought to myself...yep...this is exactly where I'm supposed to be today. One thing that continues to impress me every single time I visit Hollabaugh Bros. is how incredibly well they run these events. From the parking attendants directing traffic...to the cashiers...to the ladies keeping the sample room stocked...to the bakery staff helping customers...everyone is friendly, organized and genuinely happy to help! PRO TIP: Don't skip the sample room! It's one of my favorite parts of every festival. You get to taste all kinds of products made right there on the farm, and I've discovered several things I never would have purchased otherwise. I also appreciate that the overall layout stays consistent from one festival to the next. After you've visited once, it's incredibly easy to find your favorite stops on future visits without wandering around trying to remember where everything is. I drive about 50 minutes each way to attend Hollabaugh Bros. festivals. That alone should tell you how much I enjoy them. They're not just farmers market events. They're community celebrations. You see families making memories, friends catching up over milkshakes, kids running around excitedly and visitors filling bags with whatever fruit happens to be in season. It's exactly the kind of event that makes summer in Pennsylvania feel special. There's a reason this festival has been going strong for 71 years. Hollabaugh Bros. knows how to grow incredible fruit. More importantly, they know how to create experiences that keep people coming back year after year. I'm already looking forward to seeing what they're celebrating next!

We bought all 3 flavored rums at $25/each - Hibiscus Sorrel, Fruit Punch, and Pineapple. Potomac Sweets - The croissants and decadent pastries looked scrumptious! Recommend grabbing a pastry here bright and early when the market opens. Senzu Juice - Refreshing cold-pressed juices. The "Refresh" Watermelon Mint juice is my favorite.
