The level of care provided felt rushed and careless, which is unacceptable for a company that's supposed to help people during difficult situations. I also had to call back and have them resend my receipt because it didn't come in when they said it would. I would not use this company again.. ***it was 2 hours total wait time before he got picked up. They made an excuse that there was another pt. with a similar last name and they got confused.
