Pros - The quote Fernando gave me was fair, and he and his team did a decent job…read more Cons - If he agrees to do the job, be prepared to be ghosted or have your time wasted. He came a day later than he told me he would, without telling me ahead of time. Replaced my mulched area with gravel without telling me. He also left a giant pile of gravel on my lawn for a full day, killing a big patch of grass. I needed paver bricks laid, and he rebuilt pillars on the patio without telling me. While rebuilding the pillars, he cut the wire that was connected to light fixtures that are on top of the pillars. Fernando would not admit that he cut the wire, but I confirmed with an electrician that there is no power running to the end of those wires, so they were cut along the way. After weeks of calling Fernando and asking him to come out to take a look at the light fixtures, he either never responded or ghosted me. Stay safe and spend a little more money to have work done by people that won't damage your property and won't waste your time.

I needed to get someone to do my house very quickly and Fresh Cut Pros came over and I have to say they do an amazing job, are absolutely thorough, and even go above and beyond by cutting any weeds down with a Weedwhacker if they see them growing in the back of our yard because we try not to use weed killer or any kind of poisons on our lawn. I would highly recommend this Service, the guys who run the Service are terrific and very friendly. Also, if your lawn does not need to be trimmed one week, you could just call them up and tell them not to come over and that only will they skip your service, but you won't get charged for that week. If you weren't looking for a service to either cut your lawn or do other things on your property because they do offer other yardwork I would highly recommend giving this company a call.

We got a call from a different person, changed our plan and got a new quote. Everything we spoke about in the plan with guy #2 was like new info to the crew who came over, VERY NICE guys, but they had no idea what to do. I had to re-explain everthing again. I got 2 calls talking about "change in plans" and even charged us more than they should have because of it. It was frustrating. Not to mention the multiple miscommunications prior to the project date. There were some positives. The guys that came were nice and worked quickly. The grass has started to grow, and after their first lawn treatment our yard looked much healthier for a while. However, I'm disappointed with the overall quality of the landscaping work considering the price. The project was completed on June 15, weeds are already growing throughout the new rock bed, and the newly seeded grass is also very weedy. They did not put the black fabric down to stop the weeds from growing in rock bed. Another concern is the retaining wall. They reused our existing bricks to make it taller, but the bricks were simply stacked on top of each other without staggering them or brick glue, so they have already started to shift. The company also provides our lawn fertilization service. So far they have only come out once this season, and it helped initially. Weeds have started coming back and we're still waiting for the next treatment, but have no idea when that is since there is no communication. Overall, I don't feel the workmanship matches what we paid. I'm hoping the company will stand behind their work and address these concerns. I would not recommend.
