More than seven months later, I still cannot legally use the boat because Complete Marine has failed to complete the title and registration process. This is the worst purchasing experience I have ever had. According to Complete Marine's own emails, my registration paperwork was not even submitted for approximately five months after I purchased the boat. When it finally was submitted, it was rejected for multiple deficiencies, including sending the trailer paperwork to the wrong Texas agency. The trailer application was later rejected again because Complete Marine failed to include required dealer documentation. Throughout this process I received one inconsistent explanation after another. The delay was blamed on a "funding issue." Then I was told they were waiting for paperwork in the mail--even though they already had the rejection letter by email. I was also told the trailer had to be completed before the boat paperwork could move forward, despite Texas telling me otherwise. Even more concerning, Complete Marine's finance manager repeatedly made written statements that were inconsistent with later-documented events. For example, he told me on April 29 that my paperwork was already "at the Texas DMV." Later emails from Complete Marine's own title company indicate the trailer paperwork was not actually submitted until weeks later. I have continued making payments on a six-figure boat that I cannot legally use. Most recently, I was stopped by law enforcement and warned not to operate the boat again until it is properly registered. The boat itself is outstanding. My complaint is entirely about Complete Marine's handling of the sale after they had my money. Every significant factual statement in this review is supported by emails, text messages, purchase documents, and correspondence in my possession. I hope no other customer experiences what I have.

The facility is very new and kept very clean, service is always accommodating and friendly. They can fuel your boat and offer ice and many other amenities. They even have an email notification to tell us when our boat is in the water ready to go after we make the request. They also have onsite boat cleaning services, and the best part is that it only takes a few minutes to get to the Hillsboro inlet from here.

Launches were early on time and despite making reservation and calling ahead, we still wait around the yard for our boat to be launched. We added the Platinum service package which was $10/ft (so $350 extra per month for us on top of storage base fee), which eventually we stopped getting inspection updates/battery voltmeter readings and charging confirmations. They don't deliver what you pay for. Onboard boat property (ie) fenders, extra anchor, charging cables went missing and when brought up to staff specifically Lauren or Rocky, we got arms in the air "oh well" attitude. Even our $500 water mat went mysteriously missing when we pulled our boat from them. Just days before that, the water mat was behind our boat where it was stored on the ground level. Again, no one seemed to know about it or even remember the water mat despite showing emails where it was discussed with management (new Loggerhead Mgmt and former Mgmt Margo Hunt....they still denied knowing about even with the emails showing responses acknowledging mat behind out boat) This marina is one of the most expensive marinas for dry dock and they just took away services when management changed, yet the fees stayed the same. Washes not done well at all, the boat was always dirty when they pulled it from barn rack. The "complete wax and detail" 4 per year included in Platinum package never fully done. I'd have to go down there when they are doing it to make sure it's detailed the way it should be. There is no accountability at all, it's really sad and unfortunate that this is just another typical S Florida business. I'd be happy to share the package inclusions to show what was paid for and then videos and photos to show how the boat was presented to us. If they offer any extras do not do them, especially if it's for an added package to your base storage fee. If your batteries need to be charged don't let them do it, they will kill your batteries, leave your boat on, and then make it seem as though it's your fault. Invest in a battery alert system and an inverter on/off switch. shop around and pay close attention to detail if you go with this marina. Keith and Michael

    I've stopped here for happy hour a few times. You really can't beat the view but it can get a…read morelittle busy on Friday's and weekends. The staff is pretty good at making sure you're taken care of and you don't have to worry about getting thirsty. We decided to try something new an come in for happy hour and the lobster special. Our lobsters were a little small but overall cooked perfectly. The special comes with a salad and side which makes the price worth it. They sat everyone 6 feet apart and there are little windows at the bar to keep you social distanced there. There was no indoor seating or valet parking when we were there but they were allowing boat docking. If the weathers nice they usually have the walls rolled up giving the true tiki water front vibe! All in all, a great place to be!

The problem was the bathrooms they were potable and that's fine also normally..., BUT THEY WERE NOT WORKING!!! It was absolutely disgusting not one worked snd let's just say pretty much unusable I let the staff know that they might want/need to do something and it went yo deaf ears! This is a restaurant and pretty packed lots of families and not cheap and they should have a backup emergency plan... We will not be going back anytime soon

Everyone that answered the phone or really nice and helpful with the reservations as well as the person who helped us into the boat. Honestly, I liked everything about the company and the experience. The only one thing to note as a negative was that I think they perhaps exaggerated a bit with the number of restaurants that we could stop at but that was OK because we only needed one. We did end up stopping at a place to grab a burger and it was fantastic. All in all it was a really great day and we were definitely come back.

I have never written a review but have had no other choice to write this review in hopes that other people will not be taken advantage by this company Below is a sequence of events that occurred and how their company decided to handle it... - 8/30/24 we rented a boat at the agreed upon price of $728.85 - 8/30/24 after we returned the boat we were prompted to leave a tip. We were happy with the service and wanted to leave a $15 dollar tip, instead BY ACCIDENT we clicked 15% - 8/30/24 On the way back we were notified by our bank of the incorrect charge of $109.32 and immediately called Rueben to ask him to adjust it to $15, We were assured this would be adjusted - 9/1/24 We called again to confirm this was going to be handled and was notified that "corporate" would be processing the refund - 9/5/24 Another call & email was sent as we still had not seen the refund. Again we were told "Corporate" would be handling it - 9/10/24 We had no other choice but to dispute the charge with Chase - 9/24/24 Chase contacted us to let us know we needed to speak to the company directly for a refund to be issued - 10/01/24 We called again and let them know that Chase them to refund the funds. We were told AGAIN "corporate" would handle it - 10/28/24 I personally went into their office and spoke to Rueben and explained the situation, which he was fully aware of. He told me the matter was out of his hands and that we signed off on the paperwork. I let him know yes we indeed did signed off but we notified him within an hour that was an incorrect amount and he assured us it would be adjust it. He mentioned he would speak to the owner (Peter) later that day, as he was coming into the office. I specifically asked him to please call us back by the end of the day with an update, again he assured me this would happen. This NEVER happened. I also asked him for your direct number and could not be given this info. - 11/5/24 I sent one final email to Peter asking him to please refund us and no answer If you want to do business with a dishonest, unresponsive, 0 customer service company- please do business with them. We have rented from them multiple times and this is how they treat repeat customers. There are many other options in the area to take your business too.
