We brought our new vehicle in for a wrap and the entire staff was terrific, helped select the color closest to what we wanted, and it is beautiful and just what we had in mind. Cody worked on our car and we did stop by one day during the process and he was so nice and showed us around, explaining what he was doing, etc. Along with the wrap, we added paint protection and a ceramic protection with windshield protection. DO NOT GO HERE Got my AMG C63s wrapped here a few months back. Also had them install a carbon fiber diffuser and carbon fiber wing. Arrived at the shop to take delivery to find out they installed the diffuser despite knowing it would leave a hole in the bumper (due to a tow cap). Didn't bother to call me to ask if i still wanted it installed despite this issue. They just did it anyways. Additionally -- they used an apoxy / glue to install the diffuser (instead of hardware) which damaged the backup sensors. They ALSO did this without calling me first to verify moving forward. On top of that, they did not bolt the bumber back onto the car upon reinstalling it (only discovered this because had to go to a SECOND body shop to clean up their mistakes.) The wrap itself is already bubbling up and peeling in several sections. And i have wires hanging down from my bumper. Josh was incredibly condescending and made serval remarks about my vehicle being "below the standards" of the type of cars they typically work on (lambos, Ferrari's etc). Apparently a 60k vehicle doesn't warrant good service. read more

Gotta give a big shout out to these guys for getting 2 new rides done this week. The C8 and the 4Runner. Both cars were clear broad then ceramic pro coating and ceramic window tent. Drop one off on Monday the other off on Wednesday and got them both back Friday night. Trevor and Brian do a great job. Why do my color change they will definitely do it. This is like the sixth a vehicle they have done for me. When I leave the shop you know it's done right And if I feel there is a problem they're always willing to fix it. As long as it's some thing that They did incorrectly and bad material, not some thing that I did like maybe driving through an ice storm and tear the wrap up and want somebody to warranty it.??? This company did an absolutely perfect job putting racing stripes on a $150,000 Viper. A car everyone said that the stripes would have wrinkles if it was wrap that was used, because of the multiple scoops and curves on the hood where the stripes would go through. However, the stripes were perfect no wrinkles or waves what so ever. When you go to this shop there are reasonably priced cars as well as $500,000 plus Ferraris, Lamborghinis and Bentleys that they are also working on. Not to mention the brand new multi million dollar Porsche 918 on the showroom. If you need tint, wrap, stripes, graphics or performance go see these guys. You won't be disappointed! read more

If you want to see another great example of why you shouldn't waste your time with these guys, read Trevor's response. Rather than make any effort to fix their mistake or even offer a solution, he tries to make removing wrap from car sound like building a rocket. He acknowledges that he gave me an appointment 3 weeks out, but then goes on to make excuses why they need to have the car first to analyze the job to assess the complexity of peeling wrap off of a car. You think he could've reached out? Truth is he had pictures of the little VW beetle (which was only partially wrapped to begin with on the hood doors and fenders) prior to him making the appointment. He gave me a ridiculous estimate of 600-1000 which I accepted because I didn't have time to shop it. He then forgot to schedule the appointment after saying he would, I waited 3 weeks so we could trade the company car in, and they did not honor it. It's not complicated, simply a bunch of excuses for a mistake. Rather than make some concession or at least an effort to admit fault and rectify the situation or even reschedule the job as quickly as possible, Trevor decided to write an over complicated explanation of a simple everyday job like peeling stickers off of a car to justify a mistake they've made no effort to fix. They have nine reviews, Seven from their buddies and people they refer business to, and two from actual customers with costly time wasting mistakes and no effort to make amends.
