I had scraped the front bumper just above the wheel and I was completely skeptical since everyone else gave me a much higher estimate. Because of the great reviews here I decided to give James a try. When he got here I asked him if he could make it look like the other undamaged side. He immediately said oh yea, you'll be surprised. He gave a very reasonable quote even after pointing out that the damage was a little more than what the picture i sent had showed, which was not intentional on my end. I just missed the extent of the damage probably due to the poor lighting, but he brought very professional equipment and was able to show me the extent of the damage and offered to stick by his original quote for the section that was showing the most damage in the original photo and offered a reasonable up charge to complete the extra work. I was looking to get a clear film installed on my new car so i shopped around on Yelp and eventually called James at Auto Azthetics. James quickly provided me a very well priced quote over the phone. He was able to schedule an appointment within just a few days. The job I requested was: Clear PPF (paint protection film) on the front bumper and hood. James also recommended doing the front quarter panels which was definitely a smart decision. Also I wanted the back hatch and bumper wrapped with PPF because I have dogs and didn't want their paws to scratch the car while getting in and out or with the window rolled down. I also wanted to wrap the door handles in black for aesthetics. Attention to detail: My car was brand new from the dealership with no dirt so I took it straight to James. He completely washed the car from top to bottom to make sure the film would adhere to the car with absolute perfection. I asked about the film James uses and he explained all the different types of films and why he uses particular brands over others. He showed me differences in professional quality and only uses premium products. James has been wrapping cars professionally for quite some time and has been selected to demo cars and very well known car shows which means he's at the top tier of his craft. Wrapping for customers is one thing but in front of an audience at well respected car shows is a whole other category. He is easily up to the challenge. When I got my car back there were zero bubbles. The lines he cut were perfect and unnoticeable. The hood was wrapped so perfect that he had to point out where the wrap was just so I could see that it was actually on the car. The door handles were done beautifully. One thing to look for on door handles is- did they wrap the back of the handle and the sides where the handle pulls away. Every piece of the handle was wrapped to perfection on all doors. One thing to understand is when you're hiring somebody for their work- don't get caught up on fancy shops. What you really want to look for is the quality and experience of a technician. You're paying for professional experience, attention to detail and somebody willing to proudly stand behind the work of every job. Every car and window of mine will be going to Auto Aztethics without question. My expectations are beyond exceeded. And over a year later, my car still looks perfectly wrapped with no rock chips. read more

Someone put a dent in my car (driver side back door). I called a reputable collision company and they recommend I call their PDR (Paintless Dent Removal) person.
