Easy rental process over the phone…read more Cons: I was instructed to call them when I arrived on the pick up date and was told to park in front of their warehouse. The person on the phone said someone would be coming out shortly. We had to call again and ultimately did not receive our items until 30 minutes after arrival. Also, the tables we rented were not wiped down and dirty from the previous rental. Pro Tip: Call them 10-15 minutes before you arrive and tell them you are there. Expect to clean the tables and chairs after receiving them.

She asked what time would my event be over. I advised her that it would be over at 11:40-12 but that I would however have everything broke down and ready for her to pick up the following morning. However she insisted coming to my house after midnight on a Wednesday night to pick up the items. I personally would not use her again based off my experience. **UPDATE** Her response is that it's her policy to pick up same day however as a customer I would have liked to have known that when i booked the service. FURTHERMORE, a review on Facebook stated that she picked up days later with no hassle so someone isn't being honest.
