We took a break for pizza and cake the last 20 minutes. The gaming truck is top notch, air conditioned, and even plays music for those outside the truck to enjoy too! Such a fun party experience. They decided on a local restaurant that they met and frequent. Most of the items we needed were an easy find on Amazon, however the prices of things like linens and other necessities were not an option to buy. We tried a few party rental places and first stop couldnt comprehend our vision, 2nd stop couldnt give us samples or meet our budget idea. 3rd stop was a charm! We found Erica with Ace Rentals. They are very local to us. She understood what we were looking for she figured out what we needed she fit our budget! We bugged the heck out of her but she was always there for us. Every phone call was returned and every need was filled. We didnt have to be left figuring things out for ourselves like what table linens fit what table and how to fit what where. We had a last minute need for a 40x60 tent! Thats no easy request for a Friday night wedding! Ace went and measured the location on a Friday and we had the numbers on Monday. At first the tent was very plain. Our daughter hated it! We then decided to add all the bells and whistles. This included ceiling draping, side draping and lighting. They made it happen and it was beautiful. The weather was calling for straight downpour and it did! Just the day before we had to add additional sides for our waterfront wedding. They were there the morning of the event and added the additional sides to complete the tent. I know this is a lot of information. My point is to say that Ace Rental is the best! The prices were better than 2 others. Their setup, tables and chairs and linens were beautiful! With the worst weather we had the best of everything. As long as the bride and groom were happy we all did our jobs right.

Easy to set up with an open floor plan. Tables and chairs were also part of the rental. There were about 85 people at the event abd we had space for a DJ and photo booth. Temperature was a little hard to manage. There was plenty of parking on the lot right out front and the location was just off the beltway so super easy to find. I would recommend.

Inside the room, there was an Alexa that we could use to play any music we wanted during our session, and plenty of different tools for us to smash things with. The staff were friendly and helpful, and happily took some pictures of us after our session. We also quickly received our smash session video by email after the session ended. Definitely a fun and different way to relieve some stress and have some fun!!

Elite Tents was highly communicative leading up the wedding day, creative and informative in…read morehelping us select all our rentals (including tent type and style, chairs, tables, band stage, generators, heating, linens, and more), and set up everything perfectly with just one oversight: The generator they provided -- which would power the band the whole night, plus lighting -- was under half full of fuel. Had we not noticed this (and had the owner of the property not had fuel to fill it up with in the hour leading up to the ceremony), we could have had a major disaster on our hands. This error was really surprising since everything else about our experience with Elite was excellent. I loved working with every rep we dealt with, and I loved the quality of all the rentals. (Get clear panels on your tent -- it's stunning!) Because of this inconsistency, I'm chalking the generator issue up to a simple mistake -- albeit a big one -- and just recommend that no matter what rental company you use for your outdoor wedding, CHECK THAT GENERATOR EARLY.

Sabine sent us an email stating that she decided she will not be doing business with us. This was 3 days before our sons birthday on a very busy weekend. Why would a company not provide references and assure a customer that they will be at your event?
