I used them because they are in the COSTCO program so you get a huge gift card after install and city permit signs off. We are Costco executive members With the Costco program you get the top of line Lennox equipment and since we have 2 complete systems at the house this is what replaced. 2 new systems. They also upgraded the ductwork to make it run properly. We added a garage attic fan as well. We also upgraded to the WiFi thermostats you can control with the Residio app on your phone and we love them. Once it's finished an outside company comes to test system and report on airflow. The city inspector needs to see this report. When he comes so show him. Don't use the call center number. Use the local phone number I'm providing in attached photo. Paso heating was bought out by Wightens and I do not recommend that company so don't get moved over if they say they are busy. Stick with this one, it's totally worth the wait. We love our new systems and the staff at every step were great !! Highly recommend PRH&A

I was told on the phone that they couldn't service both units at that time of the year. They would have to be done separately. I called last year to try to schedule service and some kind of hokey AI "thing" answered. What a farce of a so-called conversation that was. I hung up and called a local company. This year I decided to try PR Heat & Air one more time.. The phone was never answered. I tried twice. Wow, what a horrible way to treat customers. I am doing business locally with companies my neighbors recommend.

All the rain made my yard look like a jungle ... btw I am not a yard person :-/ I'd go out one…read moreday and the weeds were ankle high, and the the next time they were near knee high. I finally called Jake and begged for help. Jake and his assistant were the nicest guys to work with and they did an excellent job in a short amount of time. They not only got rid of my "jungle" but they also did an excellent job trimming my overgrown Honeysuckle vine (I had to duck down to walk under the trellis lol) and shrubs and bushes to a super, super clean yard... I am so happy with their service and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND JK LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE without reservation, for whatever yard landscaping/maintenance needs you may have.

Fence lines cleaned, shrubs and trees trimmed, the entire place tidy and sparkling. Sidewalks and all area super clean. And they hauled away a HUGE pile of junk the tenants left behind. They showed up on time, did what they said they'd do and had a great attitude. I cannot say enough good things about JK & Co.

Alex and his team were finally the answer to my struggles! I cannot stress or overstate how…read moreprofessional, yet personable!!, Alex and his guys are! I am getting on in age, now 60, and suddenly I could not 'hop up" on my retaining wall to get into the flower bed anymore! I had brought Alex out for estimates and meet and greet for 3 or more projects we have in mind. I HAVE to get estimates first and then budget it in to my current spending budget and Alex was very gracious and accommodating to help me, not only get the free estimates, but spent much time with me, coming back on multiple occasions to just plan and come up with a number of solutions for each idea I had for each section of landscape!!! He realized, that my husband now working out of state was leaving me pretty alone to deal with this and he stepped up as a professional and as a person to help me! We started with stairs leading up the retaining wall so I could get up there without hurting myself and he made them nice and big, but not gawdy, so I could also have plenty of platform for safety! Everything was 'to code'. We will be putting safety iron railings soon on this. To help me, he took the time to look at my extra pieces from a front walkway we did with Panther Flagstone and he was able to pull together enough pieces, like a magician, and make these beautiful stairs with the matching leftover stone! He really helped me in a time of unique struggles I was experiencing at the moment! He CARED AND HE WENT TO WORK WITH HIS DESIGN ABILITY AND THEN EXECUTED IT PERFECTLY AND OF SUCH STRONG STABILITY IN QUALITY! LOVE THE STAIRS AND LOVE ALEX! On top of this we have a unique paver project on a large side of house pad to do and 2 ideas for the my front slope where my hard and front trees (large investment) can be protected from erosion issues and handle my annual horrendous weed issue on a slope that I no longer can weed whack on. If I could I would adopt this young man! So my rating of him at a 5 STAR does not even begin to cover his expertise, QUALITY IN WORKMANSHIP (even my husband was impressed in the photos I sent him, which is rare), Customer/Client communication and service was beyond words as well! But his personality and personability and caring and kind efforts he puts into his ideas, recommendations and execution of project is RARE and of the highest level! He LOVES HIS WORK AND TAKES PRIDE IN RESULTS...whatever that takes! He also loves people and is very easy to work with! So THANK YOU ALEX TO YOU AND YOUR TEAM FOR BEING MY SHINING STARS IN A TIME OF SERIOUS STRUGGLE AND DOUBT! Can't wait to be able to hire you for the next two projects!!! He handled…read moremultiple parts of my backyard project including leveling the ground for my garden beds, removing concrete and rocks from a corner, installing the paver walkway, and setting up the irrigation system. Everything came out clean, professional, and solid. The price was great. We could have done it ourselves however we were tired from other projects we had completed in the front yard and the price was just right. What impressed me the most was the walkway. One side of the concrete sat higher than the other, which could have easily looked uneven or off. Instead, he took the time and skill to properly grade and level everything so the paver path sits perfectly balanced and even on both sides. That attention to detail is what separates average work from quality craftsmanship. He was dependable, communicated well, and clearly takes pride in doing the job right the first time. My backyard looks transformed now. If you want someone who knows what they're doing and cares about the final result, I highly recommend him.
