Echo is the best. Their customer service is unmatched. As long as we are in Davis County, we will be loyal customers. After using other internet services, I can say that without a doubt I have had the best coverage and customer service from Echo. In the event of the rare outage, they are always available via text and or email. And, they will actually respond. Very different than the hours of being on hold. Want it installed in about 10 days wait cause they can't hire people to do the job? Pay for installation a WHOPPING $90.00!! It gets BETTER!!! Want it installed in less than a week? They will do it!! A WHOPPING $120.00 for 'expeditated' service l, which is getting it in less than a week. So in other words, want it done, here is an extra $30.00 punishment fee for expecting it done within a reasonable time frame while I'm still not going to hire enough personal to meet customers expectations. I like small companies that do things right. Echo is great for me. I had been with the big cable giant forever but go so tired of the constant price increases and arbitrary fees each month. So far with Echo you just pay the same each month no surprises. I find the speeds just fine for everything I do at 60% less than the cable giant. Hard to argue with that. I think the negative reviews are from people with unrealistic expectations. No they won't materialize in your living room with in a second of calling them but when I needed service they did everything they could to get it fixed. read more

Best internet company hands down! We switched from an internet/cable provider almost three years ago and have never looked back! Amazing Customer service and genuine concern for our happiness. We had an unknown problem with our internet this morning. I called in at 12:30pm on a Saturday and not only did we have a technician at our place by 1:00pm but they also performed upgrades to our connection as well! I have been an Echo customer for over 4 years after I dumped my big box cable service's poor customer service attitude. Echo is like night and day by comparison. They went out of their way to provide an internet solution for me in spite of my poor line of site to one of their towers. They weren't sure it would work well enough for me. Well, 4 years later I have yet to complain about my service. They just had an accidental outage this morning, so I called this afternoon to see if there was a problem. Matt explained their 'oops' as they relocated some equipment for redundancy that took it down for a short while. But get this, I called and got no answer and then HE called back to see what I needed. You're not going to get that kind of conscientiousness from your big cable company...ever. Beyond their wireless broadband acumen, they can help you fix, update, or replace your router and even answer other computer related questions you might have. Originally had Comcast but switched when looking for something better. If you are considering changing think again. This is a small company without the resources to provide proper support. They send out notices the day of maintenance indicating the internet will be down that day. After struggling with poor service getting worse over the last 2 weeks I called there customer support number and the response I got was essentially "I'm busy, you need to email me later." I want a company that is helpful and willing to assist when I call! read more

Their customer service is amazing! I was having some crazy issue with my internet which turned out to be my blueray player having a faulty port. Their customer service came to my house on a Saturday night and patiently troubleshot my wireless system until he found the issue. I was extremely impressed, try getting that kind of service from Comcast. I will stick with these guys for a long time. read more

This is an Edit of a review I did on Echo broadband a few months or so. When we first got the service I was very impressed. There was a little bit of a sour taste a while back when I had miscommunicated a problem I was having with my own personal router. I would just like to say that I've had Echo now for some time and I have been overly impressed with their super fast, very friendly and very knowledgeable employees. Not once have I had a problem with their service. It's very fast and extremely reliable. People tell me all the time "I have 150mbps from Xfinity, that's nothing to your petty 20mbps" when in fact I'd like to tell you you all are very wrong. I will put my internet against Xfinity and I will win. My downloads are at least 2-5 min faster then everyone I know with Xfinity and my uploads have been 2x faster then Xfinity and 3x faster then centurylink. You ask how is this possible? It don't make sense right.... it's easy! It's called reliable with a true network strong connection. Not cable that runs through everyone's house, that everyone is connected to sucking off the network feed. Your download might start fast but soon as your neighbor and his neighbor and the neighbor a mile down the road fires up their computer your speeds take a major dive and cuts in and out. Echo does not have this problem. The good folks at Echo know what they are doing and know how to provide a true internet experience that is more then gratifying. Hey, there ain't no contracts and the bill never goes up. Not even a penny. Install is fast and cheap so why not give it a try. You'll find that it's more then what you expected. And Echo is always expanding with more options then ever. To make it clear I was not asked to do this review and I was not given anything at all to do a review I also do not and have not ever worked for Echo broadband either. I am simply a happy customer that went outta his way to show others what they are missing as well as a bit of a pain for the good folks there at Echo. But they don't skip a beat to help me when I have a stupid question or because I happen to reset my router yet again. Ha ha. Thanks guys! read more

Look no further, this is THE best internet provider I have ever had! With phenomenal customer support - I had initially went with a package that was a little more than I actually needed, and the customer support rep suggested I move down to a cheaper service level where I would still be well covered. I don't know of ANY other internet provider that would suggest I move down to a CHEAPER package. I love these guys. read more
