These guys are fantastic. It has been my dream to put together a state of the art sound system since I was in eighth grade. Since that time (I'm now 50), a lot has changed. Over time my dream morphed into a desire for an incredible theater room, without compromising the music itself. Bryan, Tyler, Steve and the other guys at Utah Audio helped me realize that dream. I don't think I've ever met more patient people. I was one of those customers who took years before I actually moved forward with the project. I took much more of the guys' time than was reasonable. But they remained completely patient with me; not only patient, but enthusiastic. Together, we planned, and modified until the whole project was underway. Then they were constantly on site tweaking and adjusting the cabling, installing all components and speakers, programming the system, and guiding my builder to make sure everything fit and functioned perfectly. The project has been complete for over a year now, and I could not be happier. It is so much better than I dreamed (and that is a tall order). I've never heard sound like this. Nor have I ever seen movies like this. Every time I sit down to enjoy, I am still amazed. It just doesn't get old! Now that the project has been complete for over a year, I can tell you that these guys have become much more than a business that did a remarkable job. Utah Audio worked with me to obtain my B&W 800 D3 speakers. Since B&W did not have any 800 D3s in Utah to audition, Utah Audio had me audition the 802 D3s at their studio. Utah Audio worked with B&W to offer free installation and setup by a professional installer from B&W. They spent many hours at my house fine tuning the speakers to make sure that I had the best experience possible. I am extremely happy with my speakers and how Utah Audio handled this whole process. David G. Utah Audio has taken really good care of me for the past 5 years or so. I recently had a very expensive piece of gear break down after a number of years of use. I was dreading having to replace it, but Utah Audio found a much less expensive solution. They were able to diagnose the problem quickly. Great company, solid work. I've had them do multiple installations in my house and am pleased with their product. They take the time to work with you and really get what you need installed for the setup that you want rather than try to up sell you a bunch of components that aren't necessary. I wanted to update my home theater/sound system which was very old. I was thinking this was a minor job to replace an old system rather than a new construction job and wouldn't get much interest. I bought a very precise Concept turntable, as well as a pair of B&W headphones. Utah audio precision tuned the turntable before I picked it up. Outstanding sound quality. Extremely happy with it. The first pair of B&W headphones clipped out occasionally. It was the first product release of the PX. Utah Audio replaced that pair immediately. We hit our 4 way on a new construction home build with sheetrock going in very soon and we didn't have an AV shop, so we cold called Utah Audio - that night we had ceiling mounts and ordered speakers, the guys really help us out in a time pinch. Great service as always. I am shopping for a stereo amp upgrade for my living room mostly to enhance my music appreciation both analog and digital. Tyler provided two amp choices a demo Gibson Engineering dual mono 250W class A amp in a single chassis and a used Bryston. The Gibson is amazing and I am very close to pulling the trigger on it. They could have tried to sell me new equipment but advised me my older equipment was worth repairing. They worked with a local engineering company to have my components repaired and updated. What can I say, If you want better sound these guys know their stuff.
