Our tech, Cameron, brought our computer back today. Both he and the owner reported that our computer worked fine at the store. As it turned out the chord which connects the computer to the power was broken. It was replaced immediately by the owner, who drove the part to our home. We were not charged for the visit and our computer works very well now. The only concern was the grounding from our wires in the house. (Old house) I am so grateful for the business not giving up on our equipment or us. A personal apology to the business for my original angry review. This is the real one!

Since cost was a big concern at the time I called around to try to see if I could find a decent deal anywhere. I called maybe 3 other places before I found Dan, and after he offered to take my laptop in that evening for about half the hourly rate of the bigger retail places, I immediately took my system to him. Within a week(probably would have been days if not for the shipping delay) he had a very reasonably priced SSD with the same amount of space as my old HDD, with Windows already formatted and all of my videos and pictures saved to the new drive AND gave me texts/updates along every step of the process. He took so much care to make sure any files that could be saved were saved, which turned out to be a lot more than I expected, and my laptop runs faster and smoother than ever, faster even than the first time I used it. I couldn't be happier with the experience. The only disappointing thing is this guy isn't higher on Google search! PC/Laptops told me I had to provide my own replacement drive and I guarantee they wouldn't have put nearly the amount of effort and consideration that Dan did. Please people do yourselves a favor, don't pay more for worse service.

After I was given an initial quote, BitRemedy adjusted it in my favor after we discovered some parts were worth more. They were able to take it apart and get it squared away with a fantastic turn around time. My repair was quick, but I was also super happy with the employees taking time to trouble shoot with me and determine that my switch dock was also fried, contributing to the problem with my diagnosis.
