When I had Mark over for his free quote, it was immediately evident he knew his stuff. If you do your research, you'll find he's done giant home theatre installs, commercial work for restaurants and corporations and the regular TV/wire concealment jobs for residents. He was knowledgeable, thorough and extremely professional as he walked me through the effort and materials required and the pros and cons of different methods of installation. Mark is the kind of guy who measures twice and cuts once. When I hired Mark, I wasn't sure how exactly I should place the TV's, what the right height was or where on the wall the TV's should sit. Mark helped walk me through different options and recommend optimal placement for both viewing and aesthetic value. He measured and placed the TV's perfectly centered on the walls and completely level (I even double checked with my own leveler). There really wasn't more I could ask for from Mark and his service. He did a flawless job and offered a very fair rate. He even had his own vacuum and cleaning supplies to clean up after himself so you never even knew he was there. We got started on the mounting and realized it was a bigger job than we were prepared to complete. We made an appointment for Mark to come out. Mark did an absolutely fantastic job concealing our cables behind the wall and adding an outlet so that we could safely mount our tv by code. He was on time, prepared with all of the materials, and very friendly. He worked quickly and carefully. When the job was finished, he cleaned the area and placed everything back where it was when he arrived. We had JP change out a bunch of outlets, upgrade and move our electrical panel, run wires for new…read morelighting, run a new power line to a detached garage, and upgrade some wall outlets for new appliances. Price wise they were above average which I generally do becasue I don't want to have to babysit or double check everything. We had to upgrade the power from the city to the house so we had to wait on RMP to get that done which was about a three week timeline. For some reason JP didn't want to do any work until RMP was done. It took them 3-4 days of labor to check all the line items and so the delayed other work being done because for some reason they diddn't want to work before the line was upgraded..... made no sense to me. They could have done all the work but the panel upgrade. Next they didn't pull permitting for their work. So on the day RMP shows up, they are also there and so is the city inspector and he slaps a stop work order on the house because electrial permitting wasn't pulled. Another week long delay and I had to go pull permits. So they finish their work permit is pulled all is kosher EXCEPT they didn't put the power line to the garage high enough so it wasn't UP TO CODE! Inspector flagged it. It took JP over a month to get back out to fix that power line. Basically my partner wrote a bad review and then someone finally called me this morning and go figure they had time TODAY to get it done. Between my partner, GC and myself we called or text them (office, techs, any number we could find) at least 25 times and only got their attention with a bad review. So if you use them start off by posting a bad review then maybe someone will get back to you! This is our third time around with Argenta and setting up a system. I think most people think…read morethey're just a home theatre shop, but they also sell 2-channel systems and offer a lot of great options for equipment. I previously worked with Justin on the setup of our home theater, and they did a stellar 5 star rating on that job. It still sounds and works really well. For this project we wanted a new 2-channel setup and Justin worked with me all the way. He talked to me on the phone and over text about my options, during business hours and even after business hours. He has a real passion for 2-channel systems, so can talk about it forever and offers a lot of insight into what one needs based on room, budget, preferable sources, etc. Justin and Declan came up to our house and did the install over the course of a few hours and it was amazing. I can't say enough good things about their care of the equipment, our house, and the detail they showed in setting everything up and then measuring it. You really cannot go wrong with them. If you're looking for a home theater or 2-channel system I would start by giving Justin a call as chances are he will be able to find a solution to your needs and offer great insight. I am just writing this review after having two projects (about 4 total days of work) - my wife and…read moreI moved out to Salt Lake City recently and the house we purchased was not wired at all. Tanner with Argenta was excellent at planning a way in which to wire ethernet and fiber throughout the house in a way that was minimally invasive. We also had speaker wire routed from existing speakers to a central location in the garage (along with the ethernet/fiber) with Sonos Amps, along with your typical TV/speaker mounting. The planning process was very smooth and excellent communication throughout. Tanner is a standup guy, very knowledgeable (even figured out a great small TV to fit in our kitchen perfectly). In addition, we had Starlink setup as a backup ISP given Comcast's inconsistency. Specifically on the install work, Tanner C (different Tanner) aka "TanC", and Ray, were my primary guys for all the onsite work. These two are rockstars, efficient, incredibly clean (no mess left whatsoever), smart (I only have to say things once and they just "get it") and are excellent at their craft. They really can work magic with an existing home, and went well beyond my expectations. If you have an existing house, I highly recommend these two (and obviously Argenta does new builds and I'm sure Tanner is great as a project designer for that as well).

Service is poor. Cameras don't work. I was under contract until today, July 24, 2025. I emailed…read morelast month to verify end date and stated I no longer wanted the "service" at the end of my contract. They tried to sell me a continuation, offering options. I refused, and when I tried to contact them to make sure I would no longer wanted the service, which I sent daily starting 7/16, they ghosted me. I called the company today, and again, they kept trying to sell me a continuation their service, refusing to take no for an answer. She went so far as to ask if there was another family member who could take over the contract, seeming to imply that I'm not competent to handle my own affairs. She claims that I never asked to have my service and payments for it discontinued, so they will charge me for another month. When I asked for sn email that gives me written confirmation of my request and end of service, she told me I had to call another number. Surprise! It goes directly to voicemail and I've gotten no return call. Thus is a company that should be avoided at all costs. They provide terrible service and customer service, and are basically committing highway robbery.
