Mario was incredibly accommodating with our unusual schedule. He showed up early, worked efficiently, and did an excellent job--all at a very reasonable price. When he returned to complete the installation, we asked if he could take care of a few additional items. He didn't hesitate, even using some of his own materials to help us out. He also shared valuable advice and insights that were extremely helpful for our project. Although he honored his original quote without any increase, we felt it was only right to pay him a little extra as a professional courtesy. We'll absolutely work with him again. In our experience, it's rare to find an electrician who is both highly skilled and genuinely fair.

Now we get a text message from them telling us they need us to call our insurance because they can't get ahold of them. Now, to let you know the scope of this ridiculous situation, we had our work done in DECEMBER. If you are okay with doing literally every step of the process for them and holding their hand through it, then by all means go for it. The electricians we got were professional, and friendly, but whoever is running their books needs a serious retraining. They should be absolutely embarrassed.

Robert is very friendly and super knowledgeable on how to tackle my situation. He explained the best way to run the outlet without tearing up the drywall and to best run the conduit around existing garage door opener mounts. Robert came back out the following week and took care of adding the new outlet and I'm super happy with the results! I will be using Bolt Electric in the future as they are very professional, great communicators and very cost conscience on the project and very reasonable rates.
