Dr. Gundersen suggested I get veneers for my front teeth, as the enamel was worn and they were chipped/cracked. No other options were given to me and I proceeded with the recommendation. Since they were installed, I had nothing but difficulty with them. It was hard to bite into anything and incredibly painful. Never been scared of the dentist in my life but the thought of someone working on my teeth after the installment scared me away from the dentist for years. One of my veneers came off on a weekend and was quite painful and I sought to have it put back on after hours, to which he obliged. It came off again sometime later again on the weekend and I met him at the office again to have it put back on. I finally chose a different dentist because of how I had been treated when it came off the second time. My new dentist recommended crowns as a more permanent option. In total, the SAME tooth has come off six times. I decided to give Dr. Gundersen ONE more chance to fix the tooth and he actually tried blaming me saying I "crunch and grind" my teeth and refused to reinstall the veneer - which the remaining tooth is very painful when not covered with the veneer, until FIVE days later. So here I sit, looking ridiculous because he has ZERO compassion for his patients and doesn't back his own work. Disgusting.

Top it off I was only doing my uppers.. I had a bases on my bottom and she literally tried pulling it out.. I about come up out of my seat.. Than they slapped the over sized dentures in.. 3 weeks later I went back in.. I told them they weren't fitting rite one too big and they weren't straight.. oh I had dropped them in the sink and I told the lady n I also asked her about my permanent ts and when they would be in. Well than she had the accountant lady cone in , than she proceeds to tell me in baught the basic dentures that didn't come with permanents.. .. but they all kept telling me it be 3 months... all lies.. oh n she said if I wsnted to upgrade to that denture it would cost more.. So when I got home week later I got a 500 dollar bill in mail.. I called for appt to get my dentures fixed !! She said they couldn't make any appointments until my bill was paid up.. and my warranty was up I said my denture broke after having them 3 weeks.. I told the girl to make sure she noted about the brake... So now I had to contact my lawyer.. my whole experience was traumatizing!!!

The practice of prescribing antibiotics prior to procedures was extremely controversial in light of what we now know concerning gut health and overall health risks. This place has ruined my dental health and I have now spent thousands of dollars in repairing my teeth at another dentist in town. Metal fillings replaced. Cracked teeth needing to be fixed and crowns replaced just to name a few. This dentist ruined the dental health of my ex wife as well through out the 16 years of marriage I witnessed thousands of dollars in dental work that resulted in tooth loss, and dental problems. This is the worst dental practice in the entire area. Avoid at all costs.
