The staff delivers exceptional customer service daily! Myself and my dog are greeted with enthusiasm and a huge smile every day! I never feel like my dog is just a number. I know from the bottom of my heart when I walk through those doors they 100% care about each dog and each customer. My dog literally goes crazy when we start pulling into their driveway. He can't wait to get through those front doors and start playing. CoolWag promises you a tired dog when you come back for pick up. On this they deliver 10 fold. My dog falls asleep as soon as he gets in the car. By the time we get home I'm not exaggerating he barely eats before he is sound asleep. It's hard to put into words just how epic CoolWag is. I did both private and group classes with Jennifer, and it's like Daisy's a completely different dog. We're no longer scared of taking her places. She only whines when she needs to go outside, she knows basic commands plus a few fun ones (twirl, spin, etc.) When she gets anxious or nervous, she knows how to calm herself down now. Each path is clearly outlined with the difficulty marked. Every time I leave Climb Bentonville, my limbs feel like noodles. It gives such a good workout!
