We met with them once or twice, emailed a few times and when the wedding day came they captured everything flawlessly and most importantly- they were like ninjas not in the way of guests, not in any of their photos or even in video! Most of our guests didn't even realize we had photographers until they did the photobooth at the end of the night (which I highly recommend doing, such funny shots!) Aside from getting phenomenal shots of our whole wedding, they are just a joy to be around, good at giving direction to that wandering family member when needed but also smiling and joking in between shots. They totally made us at ease in front of the camera and we were so comfortable having them there on a such a personal day!

Super greedy business practices. This company provides the school photos for my childrens school. I…read moredo not want the printed media they offer as it does not suit my needs but I would like the digital file to use for gifts for the family. When I spoke with them to inquire about purchasing a digital copy of the file they informed me that I would have to buy a package of printed media first and then add-on the digital file, the cheapest option for that setup would be $50 per kid. So $100 to get 2 digital files. Thats absurd and greedy. I don't understand a business that would rather get $0 from me rather that get $50 for two digital files that would take them less than 1 minute to email. This is a greedy business practice and I would not reccomend this company to anyone in the Tucson area and I will be petitioning the school board to move to a different provider with flexible options. SHAME ON YOU!

I coordinated with Micah from Property Pics when looking to find a new photographer for my listing…read morephotos. I asked for quotes for two homes and ended up choosing to work with him on one. He asked to meet at 8am after my original request of a midday appointment. Upon arriving he commenced photos without a tripod, and was done with a rather large home in less than 30 minutes. Unfortunately upon receiving the photos, they were not representative of the very lovely home, with many images visibly grainy, off colored, poorly framed and in nearly every photo with a reflective surface, Micah was visible. While he did provide more photos than promised, they were not even remotely close to the standard I expect from listing photos. When I reached out to Micah to respectfully let him know, he implied the photos quality was because of the time of day (which he chose) and because I got the 'basic' package (I wasn't aware of any packages, and I find it shocking that even a basic package wouldn't include HDR or even the basics of editing). After reviewing images more closely, I felt that quite frustrated by the situation and the quality of the images, and requested a refund from Micah. He refused and offered only to "retouch" 10 of the images, which is just a pitiful response in regards to unusable photos. It's a shame that it had to go this way, but I will be looking elsewhere for photos where I know I can get a professional photographer who will provide skillfully taken and processed images as requested.

Our wedding gallery didn't take a long time either, Tara event spoiled us with 10 photos within 24 hours. I couldn't believe she how fast she made the edits after shooting for 10 hours. Leading up to the wedding, she was extremely organized and created an itinerary for us. Tara even made suggestions for when we should have our makeup and hair ready. I had to make a couple last-minute vendor replacements and voiced my dismay to Tara, and she jumped to make credible recommendations. She cared about the entire wedding being beautiful, not just only making a profit on her end. Beyond anything, I appreciated her kindness and humor. Her sweet smile warms your heart and she makes you extremely comfortable for natural looking shots. I was equally impressed with her natural light (day) and artificial light (night) photography.
