For three years, I had been dealing with chronic shoulder and upper back pain. Despite trying chiropractors, doctors, massage specialists, and spiritual healers, I could only ever find temporary relief--the pain always lingered. ​My initial introduction session went incredibly well; Carissa has such positive energy and our discussion was deeply meaningful. A few weeks later, I attended my first in-person session. Experiencing her work firsthand completely blew me away, videos truly do not do it justice. During the session, I could actually feel the negative energy releasing from my shoulder, moving down my arm, and leaving through my fingers. A few days after the session, the chronic pain was entirely gone, and it has not returned since. Three years of pain were resolved, which led me to return to Carissa six months later to address a separate back pain issue I've carried since I was twelve years old. Her spa is warm and cozy. She offered me home made tea and fruit infused water. We touched on ways I wanted to receive healing, how to attract more positive forces in my life and stay present in the moments.
