I was helped to find one in the style I wanted as well as having the features I needed and arranged for delivery. I decided a few days later to also get a washer & dryer. I called to see if I would be able to have all the appliances delivered at the same time if I came in that day. I was told yes. When I arrived I again was greeted and assisted quickly. I was able to find exactly what I was looking for again. I noticed a new fridge that I liked better than the one I had previously purchased. They were more than willing and helpful in changing my purchase to the new one! I am so thrilled with my new appliances, the service I received, and my experience in the store. Then one that was new or mostly new, with all the features. We found a GE® ENERGY STAR® 27.8 Cu. Ft. French-Door Refrigerator. Fingerprint proof stainless steal. Way less than all the other store with this same model. So far so good. It was a mess getting that into our house. All three doors had to be removed. But with some blood, sweat and tears we finically got it in there. We called them several times and they was no more than super helpful in assisting with how to remove the handles and ultimately all the doors. It's cooling and takes 24 hours to do so. Going to see if the ice will produce as well. Will be updating this review later.

Tom called Appliance Liquidators and whoever it was that answered the phone yesterday between 2 and 2:30 pm got very rude and swore at Tom and when Tom said he was calling the Better Business Bureau was told to go ahead they get complaints from them all the time. Not a smart move on whoever the employee was. People might think the BBB is not very good but did he not realize that YELP is alive and well. Frig has a year warranty which is good because one of the crisper was broken when it was delivered. But we hope we never have to go back.

I called Vn Appliance Installer after looking around on Yelp and reading some of their five star reviews. Let me tell you that they did not disappoint! My family and I were recently remodeling our kitchen. Our home is an older home and we were working on renovating it room by room. The kitchen was the last stop on our list and we were looking forward to finally being able to use our completely renovated home in its completion after the installation of our appliances. We hired Vn Appliance Installer to put in range, hood and dishwasher. They were very professional, we set a date and time that coordinated with the delivery of our appliances, and they arrived accordingly and were accommodating about our schedules. Let me state that, at this point, everything in our kitchen is brand new, so we were very hesitant about the installation of these appliances, but they was incredibly careful and and did an amazing, clean cut job with EVERYTHING. All of our appliances fit cleanly into all their slots and Peter and his helper were incredibly tidy and made sure that our kitchen was as clean as when they showed up. We have a granite backsplash below the over-the-range microwave. The opening will not fit the new microwave if it is taller than the old one. The installer from Home Depot could not install the microwave I purchased from Home Depot. I ended up buying a shorter but smaller one from other place with no installation service. Then I had this company installed it in my kitchen. He did a great and clean job. He also made sure that the microwave works properly. He also explained to me how he would install a taller microwave. I wish I could have talked to him before buying the microwave. He shows lots of experience and knowledge in handling installation of appliances. I highly recommend this company to friends. read more

Came out to install my dishwasher but pointed out there was a dent in the side when they cut off the box so I had it returned and got a different one delivered. Didn't charge for the visit. Then came back out when I got a new one delivered and did a good job installing, pretty about an hour to finish. read more

After dealing with the insurance company for nearly 2 weeks I was just about running out of clean clothes. I contacted ARR on a Wednesday and was given an appointment the following Tuesday. I mentioned my clothing situation and asked that if something opened up I'd appreciate it. ARR said they could work me in the next day. They arrived ahead of schedule and did a thorough diagnosis of my washer. He explained the problem thoroughly. Instead of selling me some expensive fix (as I would not have known the difference) Matt told me that it likely wasn't worth fixing due to it's age but that fixing it would be expensive. He told me of an option that might work (a drip pan under the washer) that would save a lot of money. He didn't have to do that. Matt, and his assistant who's name I did not catch/remember, were very easy to work with, knowledgeable and very professional. If I have any further problems with my appliances, Appliance Rescue Repair will be the first company I will call.
