OxiFresh was my ride-or-die back when I lived there -- their cleaning is genuinely stellar, no notes. But oh boy, did Corporate have other plans for me. I called the franchise location directly and got connected to what I can only describe as a human answering machine with a script and zero problem-solving skills. She asked for my zip code, discovered I was ONE town over from their service area, and essentially said "not my problem" with a smile in her voice. Fine. I escalated to their big, shiny nationwide toll-free number -- you know, the one that implies they can help anyone, anywhere. Same song, different robot. And when I asked if they could at least point me toward someone who could help? Crickets. Loud, echoing, maddening crickets. So here I am, managing a 2,500-mile gap, a time zone difference, and a corporate policy so rigid it apparently can't bend one zip code for a loyal customer. I eventually found a local mom-and-pop shop that's been in business for 38+ years -- and shockingly, they acted like they actually wanted my business. Imagine that! Joe came out to measure our floor a couple of days after we made our selection. He ordered the tile while at our home to made sure it was in stock. We were very pleased with the price. As soon as the tile was delivered to his warehouse, Joe called us and the installation was scheduled in less than two weeks. The installation was not an easy job as there were 2 layers of previous flooring to remove and the floor was not level. The installers were amazing! They were very professional, courteous and left the work site clean each day they were there. They did a beautiful job installing the tile! An added bonus is that our floor no longer squeaks.
