DryTech's contracts also have insane terms like allowing them to endorse checks on behalf of customers, asking customers to authorize any charge to their credit card, including legal fees, the list goes on. Anyhow, stay away from this company. When I called to report Phil's behavior and ask for manager contact, they said no one was available and they couldn't share contact. They clearly don't about customer's emergencies. All the typos in the beginning, just in spelling my first and last name on both the assessment confirmation and contract, should have tipped me off that this company is unprofessional!
