There are without question, not enough words of praise to describe Accurate Reconstruction. A couple weeks before Christmas (2019), I had a fire in my townhome. While the fire itself didn't do an extreme amount of damage, the smoke & water destroyed roughly 85% of the home. I am a firm believer in personal referrals. Accurate Reconstruction came referred to me by an incredibly trustworthy source and I am BEYOND GRATEFUL they did! First and foremost, they went out of their way to provide us with some immediate relief with gift cards to replenish necessities as we walked out of the home with the clothes on our back and nothing more. Tommy and Toni, by far two of the most nurturing and empathetic people I have ever met, reached out and took the lead. Throughout the duration of the reconstruction of my home, the communication was impeccable. Every step of the way I was informed in real time what was going on. Their rockstar foremen Tairone & Gene were instrumental in this process. These guys and their crew worked tirelessly around the clock to ensure we'd get home ahead of the curve. As if the fire wasn't traumatizing and daunting enough, along came Covid-19 during the rebuild. We unfortunately had to cancel our wedding but more important, my father is incredibly high risk as he has cancer and we found ourselves in a very concerning predicament about where we'd be able to go once our temporary housing ran out. I contacted Tommy and Toni and advised them that as of a certain date, I'd no longer have housing and with the virus, and me being an essential employee, I couldn't stay with friends or family. Needless to say, they moved MOUNTAINS to expedite the process and get us home. In the 11th hour, right when we were on the cusp of having nowhere to go, I got the best call I've ever received in my life telling me it was time to go HOME! They are truly unsung heroes and I will forever be eternally grateful to them. They did top notch quality work and had me home far quicker than I could have been. Being displaced is one thing. Being displaced during a pandemic is a whole other ballpark. Accurate Reconstruction was a saving grace during a very dark time. I would refer them to anyone and everyone I know. Every experience I have with Accurate is a positive one. They are called in to the most disastrous situations with such kindness and understanding, and years of professional knowledge on how to deal with the many insurance companies and their nuances. I Found similar issues with Accurate. They are good at the rip out and haulng of debris, but the workmanship is a C+. The drywall and painting is probably the worst part of their work. Nice people, but they need more training or skilled labor read more

I was very disappointed with the quality of work performed. While the communication and friendliness of Tom was excellent, the final product was not. Appliances were not correctly installed. The paint job was terrible. The work was sloppy and I was forced to have numerous contacts to have several tasks redone to satisfaction. The costs were higher than necessary.I would not recommend this construction company. read more

I had a huge truck hit my building and Accurate Reconstruction has gone above and beyond to make sure that everything is done to the highest standards. They are friendly, caring and sensitive to my needs regarding the property damage. The contractors that they have hired for the various jobs have had to work in miserable winter conditions and yet they were still top notch, professional and very friendly. I am completely shocked by the reviews for this company! In November a fire broke out in the condo below me and caused damage to my unit as well. From the beginning I had a great experience. The office staff was amazing and answered all my questions, very helpful and understanding. The crews were always professional and courteous.
