I am happy to say that I have found an amazing practice here at affiliated dentists. The process to book, check in, and get my check up was seamless, efficient and very pleasant! The staff is super nice and with the ability to fill out forms online the check in process is ridiculously easy. Sit down in their chairs and their tech is not only some of the best I've ever seen, but the amenities are awesome! From massagers in the chairs to Tvs on the walls to sunglasses for when they shine lights in your face to see your pearly whites, this place is awesome. I don't know if I've been to a better dentist and for the first healthcare experience in Wisconsin, but really, for a dental experience in general this place is great and definitely has my business:) Happy teeth cleaning! When I arrived was warmly greeted and filled out a couple of questions on a laptop by the front desk. I only had to wait a couple minutes before I was taken to the back to see Dr. Angie. She was kind, gentle, and explained everything she was checking for and addressed any questions I had. She definitely took it any stress I had about coming in. Afterwards I saw my hygienist and left with a nice little welcome gift. What I really liked was how kind everyone was and how they explained everything to you. Plus each hygienist has their own little "cubby" with a window and bird feeder. *it's the little things*. They also provide you with plastic safety glasses and my hygienist even had tinted ones! The waiting area was warm and inviting, I already felt comfortable. I was a few minutes early so enjoyed catching up on the news. My first visit was two hours, x-rays, exam, & cleaning. My hygienist Carla was outgoing, detailed, & made me feel at ease. Doctor Kathy was very friendly, thorough, genuinely seemed to care along with being very down to earth. Over a year later, they are trying to bill us and our insurance 6600 dollars. The only thing that changed was that we added a secondary insurance provider. The work remained the same. Alicia, the office manager, claims that she notified me of the " new figures " on the phone, and I agreed. A complete lie. A 4k increase from the estimate due to insurance being added? We asked for a bill, and they insisted that they were working on it....for months. Now, they are threatening to take us to collections over a 500 dollar balance . I really liked Dr Hassan, the dentist. Office staff is a complete rude and dishonest dumpster fire. Stay away from here they are dishonest and will look to inflate costs to fill pockets and screw their patients.
