I arrived 35 minutes early and 40 minutes later after several other patients had arrived and disappeared I ask what happened to my appointment and received that standard "it will be soon." My past visits have been great, I feel that the latest technology is in place, and had a very pleasant assistant. Today.... not so much. Today I drew the assistant with an attitude as big as Texas.. One crown came off clean with a snap. The second hurt big time and refused to budge. Her question was "did that hurt? Yeow it hurt, "you do know" I ask " that that tooth has a post in it so that it wont come off". Her reply was" that should not make any difference",and starts to give me a lecture on the two different types of crown posts,......; no I'm sorry, nothing. She calls the doctor and he deadens the tooth and breaks and grinds off the crown from the post. The same assistant spends minimal time finishing, leaves pieces of glue and crown in my mouth and she gets defensive when I ask to have my mouth cleaned out, and she hands me a dry Kleenex to spit in to. Now that may appeal to some, but I find it very unprofessional. If someone will skimp on kindness they"ll cut corners in other places as well. If that were my business I would send someone back to class to have some rough edges taken off and a reminder as to the importance of happy returning customers with money and insurance.

I was not given any printed aftercare instructions and had multiple complications following extraction and bridge placement. Dr. Naik suddenly "retired" a few days after my extraction, and his partner took over care. His partner had much better bedside manner, but nothing went right after the tooth extraction. The temporary bridge did not fit properly and fell out. The permanent bridge did not fit properly and had to be sent back to manufacturer, then it was not cemented well and also fell out.
