Keith was professional and polite. He showed up on-time with another service tech (Clinton?) btw the given time frame Ben told me. I may be spoiled by in-home service providers I used in Japan, which is typically governed by the philosophy of leaving everything the same if not better than when they first arrived. My hire was for cleaning of some sofas and carpets. I was less than impressed with how he dragged the large vacuum hose into and thru my home. Pulling on the hoses around the corners tore into the baseboards and across my wood floors scratching them. I cringed as I saw them smash into the walls leaving scuffs and marks. In Japan, service tech would have laid down protective covering on the floor and walls before entering the home with such equipment to prevent such damage. When cleaning the sofas, only the visible portions were cleaned. The base seat cushions were not flipped over and undersides cleaned (the seatback cushions were done completely). The rear side of the sofas were not cleaned (mine are visible and easily accessible). I had emptied out most of the room for him to clean the carpets but rather than move two of the remaining nightstands aside, he just cleaned around one. I had a small twin mattress that could have been pushed aside. It really wasn't that difficult to move. He could have asked me and I would have moved it if he wasn't going to. He also had a second person there and who didn't help with that. Go figure. What was he there for?? He didn't clean under it which left the carpet somewhat mismatched in cleanliness. Then later, he left some wet dripping equipment on my hardwood floor upstairs which I had to bring outside myself for them since it seemed they had forgotten to check for all their stuff after finishing the carpets. I ended up having to wipe dry all the liquid off my wood floors. I expected for them to at least have some sort of towel or floor covering lest damage results from leaking. The hoses left water drip all over my bannisters, which I had to wipe up later. Basically, the overall result wasn't as thorough or thoughtful as I had expected. On a good note, I was pleased with my white ottoman which turned out better. Unfortunately I am not sold on hiring again but for those who might decide based on affordability, EcoClean may be the way to go. read more

So I had them out for the first time. I was not here but my uncle was. He said the service guy was nice and professional. I attached photos of the after looks much better then before. They is still crud or crumbs or what ever it is. I will say for the most part it's an improvement to what it was like. It dosent smell so I guess the deodorizer worked but it also doesn't smell fresh. No smell is great though. We don't wear shoes in the house so our floors stay clean when the tech left the floors are filthy where he came in and out. I will update an outcome if they reach out to me. read more

I am quite pleased by the service provided by Eco Clean. I have a large 3-piece sectional that came out of storage and needed some TLC. Ben had a tech available the same day to clean the sofa. Keith arrived on time and was very professional and polite. Once the job was completed I was not quite happy with the results. I reached out to Ben and we made arrangements for someone to come the next day. Keith arrived again, graciously apologized that it wasn't up to my standards or his own. Strike #1: I had an appointment for between 0800-1000. At 0930, When I called the company, they said the tech was on his way, or I could just reschedule. I already rearranged my house and unhooked my electronics. No, this is happening. I told the company to keep him coming. They eventually show up at 1130. Strike #2: I'm quoted at $69, for a small living room and maybe 6ft worth of a narrow hallway. In my message board with the company, everything was pretty cut and dry, so $69 was what I was expecting. The tech tells me, after looking at the room, the hallway is an additional $15 and it will be an additional $20 for the "deep clean" my carpets so desperately need. What?! He advised the $69 charge is only for a "basic cleaning". However, they are willing to wave the $20 fee if the deep clean doesn't work and he'll even take $5 off if I give them a good yelp review. Really?! What a bargain! I have a short conversation with the tech, who I advised of the many issues and discrepancies, says he just works for the company. After the tech calls his boss, I'm told the $15 hallway charge will be waved. Okay? Did he wave it because it was included in the original quote, or was it because the driver was 90 minutes late? Don't know and don't care. However, it's still $20 more expensive from what I was originally quoted. Strike #3: After all of the games and issues...MY CARPET LOOKS EXACTLY THE SAME!!! I tell the tech that I don't see a difference. To which the tech replied,"Well, it is a high traffic area and it will look different." So, I ask him how much I owe him. To which he replied...$89! Consumer beware. This company does not care about your time, their word or the quality of their work! I will never use this company again and suggest you avoid them. I scheduled my rug cleaning for a Sat morning and the cleaning crew called promptly prior to my scheduled service to give me an estimated time of arrival. Very responsive with quote and appointment time and reasonably priced. Did a good job on my carpets, there were a few stains that didn't come out which the employee told me they probably wouldn't ahead of time so I wasn't surprised. The space I needed cleaned was about 1100 sq feet and only took about an hour total. The only issues was the time frame window. I was told between 10-12 and the tech was there almost 30 mins early (which normally is a good thing, but I wasn't prepared for that early) Once I let the tech know he would have to give me a few mins until I was ready, he hung up on me which I thought was very rude. The other issue was the $5 fee in order to use my debit card to pay. Again, $5 isn't a big deal but it would have been nice to know ahead of time that there would be an additional charge. read more
