I just had my garage and carpets cleaned. Once the work was done in the garage and we got a quote on the carpet cleaning, I quickly scheduled. Our new garage was oil stained and disgusting, now I am comfortable walking barefoot out there (for now lol). John was thoughtful of the epoxy flooring and ensuring that their work didn't cause damage. As for the carpet, it looks amazing! Wow! If I could give these guys 10 stars I would!! Just had John-Jess and Paco carpet clean 2 rooms plus landing and staircase. Also cleaned and sealed tiles and grout. I came to them initially for carpet stretching because I had ripples or bumps in several areas of my home. I decided to throw in carpet cleaning, and I'm so glad I did! In the photos I added, the master closet and the upstairs pathway had a huge couple of ripples and now the carpet is flat again! No creasing either! The carpet is still freshly wet but you can tell with my many footsteps I was in awe of their work. A huge shoutout to Paco who did the clean and stretching! Update on my review. Whatever chemicals or cleansers they use got all over my woodwork on the stairs and catwalk and ate away the finish. They tried to fix it with Old English but that wipes right off and is not permanent. My only options are to paint the wood or have it refinished. Paid for a carpet cleaning, ended up with many thousands of dollars of repair to fix the damage they caused. Reply: why would a carpet cleaner attempt to repair wood damage that they didn't cause? I completely agree that at the time, you did a good job of covering it. I didn't realize it was a temporary fix. I changed my review bc you didn't fix anything, just covered it. At the time you accepted full responsibility so I was happy to give a small business owner a good review for what I thought was you making it right. I have nothing to gain by falsifying a review. There are some scratches in other spots, but this is clearly corrosion and you were very apologetic at the time. Do you think anyone believes I am running an elaborate home repair scam where I try to get contractors to repair the wear and tear on my home for free? Again, why would you try to stain or do anything to the woodwork if you didn't damage it? I get it. It's not fun to get a negative review. It happens man. read more
