I was in need of carpet cleaning due to a few pet accidents. I looked these guys up on social media, reviewed their website, and read their reviews. After doing thorough research I decided they would meet my expectations so I booked an appointment for the royal package. They showed up on the day of the schedule appointment, reviewed my square footage estimates I had given and was given an acceptable agreed amount. He went right to work starting with pre treatment and working from the top down. I was told he could do all services requested in about two hours. I have four cats and are in door cats so I sat on door duty watching 'just in case' one or more might be curious enough to dart out the door. It remained open while he worked allowing for the hoses he needed to complete the job. I watched him work hard and fast, his attention to detail and his diligence in the job he was doing was outstanding. I knew some stains would not disappear but might improve and I was impressed with the results. When he got through, my carpets looked like new! I was happy with the job and would gladly have them back for future jobs. ( they do tile and grout cleaning as well as upholstery). They accept cash, plastic or check. For the amount of square footage he covered and the types of pre and post treatment that was provided I feel it was well worth the price. Needed my 8x10 shag rug serviced badly for deep clean with focus on pet treatment. The price quoted was very reasonable. However, I would have to bring the rug to their office (1-2 day business turnaround) as they have a $99 service minimum for onsite service. There was a bit of a concern with the rug when I came to pick it up. I've expressed to Jacob that the areas I'm more focused on (the pet traffic) looked like it was not even touched; it still showed yellow/brown coloring. Apparently, he explained since my rug is white that "wicking" or "browning" can sometimes happen. Personally, I was skeptical. But I'm the type of person that gives people the benefit of the doubt. We all make mistakes and I'm not going to bash a business for it. What I care about is how will it be corrected. Anyway, long story short. I gave 5 stars because I did respect how Jacob handled the concern I had. His execution of getting my rug to its bright white glory days, price adjustment, and Saturday delivery (normally closed) was really appreciated. A few years ago, I used Zerorez and they did a good job but I checked their recent reviews and they were not that good. I don't know what changed with them, but I decided not to risk using them again. Instead, I did some research and found Noble Carpet Cleaners! I absolutely love that they post their prices up front on their website! It was so easy to book them online (all you need to do is enter the square footage for the large areas or at least an estimate before adding to cart for the area rug options), and I was shocked that I was able to book them on Sunday for a Monday morning appointment. Jacob arrived on time within the time window specified and was extremely friendly. He cleaned 3 area rugs and my stairwell super fast! A few hours after he left, I noticed that a few blood stains and some dinginess magically reappeared on my large cream colored area rug. I called them up and let them know, and they were so nice and understanding about it. The deep clean on the rug caused those deep set stains to rise to the surface after the rug had dried. Ryan told me over the phone that he'll have Jacob return the next day with specific cleaner for the stains. I'm always hesitant to call and complain about work, but he was nice and assured me that it isn't a big deal and that this can happen sometimes with deep set blood stains. The next day, Jacob stopped by again, and he happily cleaned the stains up! My cream colored area rug now looks brand new and I couldn't be happier! I had already come to terms with the fact that I purchased a cream colored rug and it would never look like new again, but it really does look like the day I laid it down on the floor when I first bought it. I contacted Noble Carpet Cleaners for a tile and grout cleaning/sealing estimate. I explained that my tiles were looking dirty and the grout looks almost black!!! They explained the cleaning process and gave me an initial estimate per square foot over the phone. To my surprise, I was able to book an appointment 5 days later. Jacob showed up on time , measured the area to be cleaned/sealed and gave me the actual cost of the upcoming service. He was very friendly and answered my questions throughout the process. I've used Noble Carpet Cleaners several times for carpet cleaning but this is the first time for tile cleaning and sealing. Bottom line.... EXCELLENT! EXCELLENT! EXCELLENT! The tiles and grout looked and felt brand new. The stickiness of the tile and the dark color of the grout disappeared. They look as good as the 1st day we moved into the house. Definitely hire Noble to clean your carpets, rugs, or tile. They gave a nearly immediate response to my service request and even had no trouble switching service days for me. All of their products are eco friendly, which is a big deal to me because we have two cats. Dylan came to our place at the newly scheduled time (I received an automated text telling me he was on his way), measured out the room with a laser contraption (very accurate), and did his thing while I hung out upstairs with our cats. End result: our downstairs carpet and stairs are no longer dingy grey! He was even kind enough to get the tile in front of our front door with the carpet wand, nbd. Great job cleaning and sealing my 2 year of tile. It was looking pretty dingy and never sealed by Home Depot installers so the grout was looking terrible. Easy appointment made with Jacob over the phone great communication via text when on the way. The price for cleaning and sealing for my whole downstairs was even less then my estimate once he arrived and reviewed my sq. footage. He moved furniture and put it back properly.
