Very long story short, we dropped off a package here and without telling us, they used a service (SpeedX) we never heard of to ship it. . The package was never delivered (or returned) and Outside the Box basically shrugged their shoulders at the situation. I called about five times looking for an update and each time basically got blown off with an attitude. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
